Very beautiful house, well kept, spacious. The game room, the pool, the grounds we well kept. When I had an issue with the stove, they sent out someone right away to fix the issue on Thanksgiving day and followed everyday to ensure our stay was enjoyable. . My only minor issue was why do you have to pay to have the pool and hot tub heated. Other than that, I will be returning to this property in the summer.

En general y en cuanto a limpieza pues es una casa enorme, pienso que tiene muchos detalles donde se ve que falta limpieza. Un olor fuerte a comida en el sink de la cocina que se percibía desde la llegada. La razón principal de el hospedaje fue que ofrecen “WATER PARK INCLUDED “ y es falso, fuimos con mi familia y en la entrada del parque nos pidieron brazaletes, no teníamos, fui por ellos al front desk de el hotel principal (pues es un gran complejo) y me dijeron que el dueño de la propiedad debía mandarles a ellos o llamarlos para confirmar que tenía la membresía del parque. Llamé y me dijeron que no, que no estaba incluido. Les dije: yo me hospedé aquí por qué en Orbitz dice que si está incluido y literalmente dice que es lo que más disfrutan las familias. Y ellos me dijeron NO, si tiene fotos de lo que dice el website mándemelas a tal número. Y lo hice. Me dijeron en un momento le llamamos para decirle que es lo que pasa. NUNCA LLAMARON. Me quedé esperando en el front desk una hora. Mi familia fuera del parque en el sol esperando por mi. Y después un mensaje que decía: esto es un error de Orbitz y le pediremos que retire esa información equivocada. También pagué por que se calentara la piscina. $136 dólares. Y nunca nadie fue. Al principio los mensajes de comunicación fueron increíbles y cordiales. E incluso se me ofreció quedarme un día más con descuento pues estaba libre la propiedad. Pero después me ignoraron por completo. Tengo fotografías de todo. Pésimo
