The location is excellent; however, the cleaning service is terrible. During our 12-day stay, they never came to clean or bring towels, there were cockroaches in the room every day, and the room phone did not allow communication with the front desk (it always rang busy). We informed them of the cleaning situation, and they simply said that if we wanted cleaning, we had to request it, as they only have one person to clean (but they don't tell you that when you arrive).

It was supposed to have a microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator… I asked 4X about the fridge working and was told if it didn’t they would replace it. It didn’t work and they told me that they would replace it the next day. I found a breaker box and it was a blown fuse… Ready! After their maintenance couldn’t fix it. ROACHES everywhere… including the fridge! The place was musty smelling and just horrible. We were only sleeping a few hours here at best. The area is ghetto, bike riders, cars speeding by, yelling and multiple families living there. If you’re looking for a ghetto dump, you’ve found it! I’ve stayed in ghetto motels before, this would definitely qualify.

The Studio 6 portion of the property has turned into more of a government housing apartment living. People loitering at all ours. Noisy late at night. Daily police activity on property

Not a family vacation spot..especially with childr

Didn't stay...numerous poeple "hanging around" on the balconies, definitely not tourist. People hanging around the parking lot...one woman was dressed like a prostitute and was having very difficult time standing...either really drunk or on something stronger. Wife stepped out of our car and recieved a bunch of cat-calls and offers of all kinds of "extra-curricular " activity offers from the dozens of people standing/sitting on the walkway in front of their rooms...most of whom had 12-18 packs of beer or liquor bottles next to them. Looked like a bunch of vultures that found out new people had arrived. Great place for a party ....but i would not recommend for family vacation...especially with children, (they will likely recieve a shocking life-lesson). We are not easily surprised..as I've travelled the world , and together we've traveled and stayed in some off-the-beaten-path places in some rough areas, ...so we aren't wealthy , spend $500-$1000 a night hotel room folks.... but this had a dangerous vibe to it ...my 1st thought was..."i dont think i brought enough ammo to stay here for the week"

El lugar era sucio, con cucarachas por todas partes,hasta en la recepción veias las cucarachas caminando. Vive gente ahi, en realidad parecen apartamentos de indigentes. Niños corriendo por todas partes y tocando las puertas . El olor a cigarrillos era miy fuerte. Dure una noche pues no tenia de otra , pero al otro dia temprano me fui. No lo recomiendo no a mi peor enemigo. Por el contrario los que trabajan alli son amables y tratan bien a los huéspedes. De esto no tengo ninguna queja.
