Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV (also equipped with cable), balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site.

• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entry and parking area. (1) located at the rear of home monitoring the back of house.

You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses.
