Long flight full of delays, missing out on a day at the resort exhausted and looking forward to finally settle in. Outside the resort property was really nice, clear instructions how to access the property from the host. Once arrived 330 am and inspected the entire stay, extremely disappointed. Kitchen was decent as shown in the website, living room area was decent, except for the stains of the sofa. Worked my way to the stairs to the second floor were the rooms are, extremely disappointed, carpets stains through-out from top to bottom. Inspected all beds and bathrooms, The sheets were definitely not washed/cleaned or change from the stay before. Found hair on the beds, complete turn off, ripped and stains on the sheets and pillow cases, stains on the decorative pillows as well. First thing you look forward to on vacation from a long and exhausted travel is a clean comfy home, clean beds to sleep on. After reaching out to the host right away to report on the conditions of the property I was asked to provide pictures. After providing pictures and requesting for a more suitable stay or different location on limited time the host did not respond. Had to remove all sheets sleep with travel pillows/blankets/towels to get a couple of hours of sleep until we got a response from the host. Went to the office of the resort to speak to someone about the conditions, nothing was able to be done because the stay within the resort is dealt with the host. No one helped to resolved this matte
