Alot of Roaches. And linen had pubic/ and or black people hair in it. Cops are constantly here on property due. Staff attempted to walk into my room 2x without knocking. I was constantly bothered by knocks on the door when I was here. I only Stay here for work because it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Also house keeping does not clean the rooms thoroughly

I traveled in town for an event that was being held at the Opal hotel across street....they were booked/sold out....seen this place online...pictures they have online are completely fabricated....totally misleading....nothing in room looked like the pictures..the office guy says they just bought this place ....well...this place is a crack roach hotel. This place should be closed down..for Extermination and Rennovations. This place was awful. Roaches crawling around day and night. We stayed out of room as much as possible..... Roaches inside refrigerator. Curtains are see thru...had to use blanket to put on top of curtain in order to keep outside from looking inside. Bathtub filthy. Toilet rusty in bottom....Room smelled of mold. Walls and doors inside filthy....Pillows smelled moldy. Mattresses straight metal springs. No phone in room. Lighting not well in main room. Bathroom has a living room lamp inside in corner.....Outside of hotel room...filthy...paint peeling from walls... trashy. This place is Totally disgusting.

Food service is external, local shops nearby. Beds comfortable but didnt really use as we left early. Pool is large and was nice to enjoy. It is not really located in Altamonte proper, but on edge. It has lots of transients, short term stayers. Drug dealing going on constantly. Might be a good place to bring a girl for action or just go there and meet one. Can't say it's a place to bring children if you know what i mean.

I’d remove the star if I could. This place was a nightmare! I booked because it was near my destination, but I couldn’t sleep due to the filth and bad smell. The towels were dirty, and I found waste, socks, and rotten food under the beds. I felt disgusted and couldn’t stay. It was a filthy pigsty, not a small hotel. It was the worst place I’ve ever been. I literally wasted my money! It was disrespectful from Expedia for promoting and selling something like that!

Dirty room

Never to go back there, as soon as we arrived we checked in around 5 pm and left for early dinner appointment with the family. Never seen the room, after our dinner we came to go to our room. We were all surprised the room was never been cleaned. Pillows were on the chairs doesn’t have pillowcases, beds not made. The room smells really bad. The bathroom was dirty too. Right after, we went to the front desk and told what we’ve seen. The guy at the front desk was very nice and polite. He apologize to us. He didn’t know it wasn’t clean but he said it was reported as it was clean. He showed as another room on the 2nd floor, it was cleaned and the ac was on so the smell was a tiny bit better but i was still not convince. It says smoke free but 3 people was smoking next to the room. After that we just decided to cancel our reservation even though we didn’t stay, we were charged for 1 night. And we left to look for another hotel.
