Amazing house!

The property was so great. The private pool and hot tub was a huge hit with our entire family, and such a nice relaxing way to end the hot, humid days at theme parks. The game room was also such a wonderful addition. We played every day! The rooms were all great, and the entire house was so well decorated. It felt like a real home. Our only frustration was the lack of garbage disposal, which made clean up after a kids cereal breakfast kind of difficult. But the entire house was very pretty and well laid out. We enjoyed every minute of this stay. On a rainy day, not only did we not mind hanging out in this vacation house, we looked forward to it! So relaxing and well appointed.

Home away from home

We had the best vacation here. The house had everything we needed. It was so clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the games room was great for my teens. Check in was so easy. We will be back.

Perfect Disney home

We rented this home for the week while we visited the Disney parks. It was such a nice calm getaway from a day at the park. Driving to and from the parks was quick and easy. Plenty of space for everyone. Our kids loved the game room and everyone enjoyed the pool area. Windsor Hills had slides the kids loved as well.

Family Disney Vacation

The house was just as pictured and wonderful! We had a perfect week at Disney staying in this house with the pool and community pool to take advantage of on our off days from the parks. We will be back!!

Perfect Vacation

The home, location, and owners were amazing from booking to our stay. Perfect

Perfect spot in nearly every way. The only negative was the sound of children screaming in the pool next door at 9am. You may also want to bring your own bath towels because there was only one per person.

Outstanding property just beautiful!

The house is pristinely maintained. Host is very responsive. I agree with some reviewers the thermostat being locked at night made it uncomfortable to sleep and it was a cool November night which brings up the other point I was not in agreement with but did it anyway it’s an additional fee per night to heat the pool 😮 seems to be a no brainer when u offer a pool in Central Florida that it would at least have the hot tub heated😱 overall great find for a family vacation!

Perfect pool house

The house was absolutely spotless and had everything you could need. It was cosy and really nicely decorated. Location was great and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Short drive to amenities, about 10-15 minutes drive to Disney Springs. The mattresses could have been a bit softer but that is the only thing I could criticize if I was being picky.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time staying at this home. It’s very close to Disney and there’s a ton of restaurants and a Walmart near by. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. The home was exactly what we expected. We’ll definitely be back! :)

Nice place but can get hot

The property is nice and clean. I’ll provide our pros and cons to help others who may really enjoy it. Pros: Game room - Very nice setup with nice options to choose from. Cleanliness inside house - House is very well maintained inside and decorated nicely. Community Pool - The community pool was fun and my son did the slides over and over again as he enjoyed that area. The pool can get crowded but seems big enough to still accommodate. Cons: Thermostat restriction - They restrict the thermostat to 72 which both my wife and I had trouble sleeping the nights we stayed there as we both would wake up just hot and couldn’t do anything to cool down. The ceiling fans have too much dust on them to turn those on while trying to sleep. Traffic - It is very easy to get to Disney from this location but just know coming back can get backed up with traffic. Renters can only come through the main gate and that gets backed up as well at times so just make note of that for when you come back to the property. When you first arrive it can be a long wait (30 min to an hour) to get checked in at the gate. Overall it was a nice place and our kids enjoyed the house. We did not use the pool outback so I don’t have any feedback on it.

Nice decor, lacking comfort

The home was nice although the furniture is very low and uncomfortable. We had unresolved issues with bugs in master bath which for us rendered it unusable.

Spring Break With The Family

I was a little nervous to book this home because it was a new listing and didn’t have any reviews yet. I shouldn’t have been - this home was absolutely lovely!! It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and everything was just as described in the listing. There was plenty of space for the six of us. My youngest boys shared the bunk beds, my two older boys each had their own room. The game room was also a hit. The patio outdoors was a comfortable place to sit and relax while kids played in the pool. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again!

Beautiful home and wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The house looked exactly like in the pictures, and is beautiful! The owners were very responsive and friendly. We had no issues or misunderstandings. We also felt safe in the home with the home security and the pool gate for our kids. I also loved that there were no stairs, so I didn’t have to worry about my young children wandering around or getting hurt. The house is decorated very nicely. The pool was chilly but we visited in February. We did not opt for the pool heater since we were planning to visit the theme parks most days. The weather did actually get pretty hot and the house stayed perfectly cool without needing to lower the temps. The drive to Disney World was very quick and simple. Was under 10 minutes. Universal was between 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. My family and I had no complaints. We would definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
