The house was dated but clean. It worked for what we needed. Had basic kitchen amenities but we had to buy paper towels & extra toilet paper. They asked you to wash linens but did not provide laundry detergent. Couldn't beat the location. Close to everything.

We loved the location... The villa itself is very dated needs to be updated. Bed Linens and towels were super old and dingy! Furniture throughout was old, bed mattresses were uncomfortable. The air can only be turned down to 70 degrees which was not good due to the large room being super hot at night. The hot water only worked in one bathroom shower which was a huge inconvenience. everyone had to use one shower. I was not notified that our location had been changed. We were able to enter a villa were guest had already checked in. For some reason they were not there and the key was still under the mat. This is what I’m very upset about! I could have been killed had the guest been there and I entered. I feel like my family and I were placed in a very unacceptable position. Someone should have made sure I had been contacted regarding this change not just saying they emailed me which I didn’t receive.

Good experience I will tryully will recommended to friends

The house was very nice, it was clean with everything that we needed. There was ONLY ONE THING THAT WE DIDN'T LIKE THE TV IN THE MASTER WAS TOO OLD. THEY SHOULD UPDATE THE TV's. I would rent again!!!

The location and the house itself were fabulous and having a pool in the back made it even better. The only problem was the bed covers and the living room furniture. The furniture has been there so long that one side of the love seat and couch sinks in when you sit on it. It is also faded so much so that you can tell when you walk in the house that the living room furniture is old. The bed covers on the beds were also old. The ones in the master bedroom were so old that one of the bed covers was wrinkled. The pillows also need to be replaced. I would definitely stay in this houses again but would be disappointed if I stayed again and these changes were not made.

The villa is close to many attractions. Inside needs to be updated but it is very clean. I will choose this villa next time when I visit Orlando again.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom, this house was SO gross. The carpet was disgusting. Walked on it with bare feet and they were instantly dirty. Beds were loud and very uncomfortable. Decorations were from early 80's along with all furniture. Living room "couches" were outdoor furniture and VERY uncomfortable. Private pool was not heated, 65 degrees, unable to use. Called to have heat turned on and they said they could the next day but it takes a day to warm up plus an extra charge daily. We were only there for 3 days. Not one towel matched another, all old. 8x10 Signs posted on every wall and cabinet about "recent thefts so lock the windows", wash all dishes before leaving. Leave no more than one load of wash. (Who washes the sheets?) Could only turn air to 70 (that's the lowest) and couldn't open windows because they were screwed shut. Sent an email to let them know. Never heard back.
