This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome in the ever popular resort community of Emerald Island will blow your mind. Enjoy the spaciousness of the downstairs with this open floorplan, that hosts your Dining Room, Kitchen, Living room and a half bathroom as well as a patio just off of your living room that overlooks the lake and wooded area, a perfect place to sit and relax!!! Ready to rest and relax?
