House was very spacious. Nine adults and two toddlers were in our party. Enough room to spread out or hang together for family time. Extras like blankets, fans, pack and plays, two high chairs etc and pool toys were available. Having the two washers and dryers really came in handy. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and clean. Plenty of room for my family. Would definitely use again if vacationing in Orlando. Was told 4 parking spaces available but only had room for 3, space in garage was used for storage. Still worked for us. You could come for resort and not Disney, great place.

Great Home

We stayed for a family vacation, there were 15 of us in total ranging from ages 2-60. The house was perfect, bedrooms were a great layout & size for what we needed, spacious living area & lots of bathrooms so that we each had our own & very clean! The pool was well heated , & everyone got a lot of use out of it. The host was great to deal with, responded to wuesgi leading up to & during our stay within any questions within a half hour. Everyone throughly enjoyed their stay with no complaints!

Cleaning crew accused us of having a dog. Based off of hair they found

We booked a house then were told that it t had a leak two days before, they did accommodate us with another house. Over all the experience was ok until the end. The clean up crew accused us of having dog from hair that they found, I don’t own a dog, and we were there for a Disney trip and a cruise right after. Calling the hair they found dogs hair was pretty offensive. I regret leaving a $160 tip for the cleaning person they did not deserve that for remark. They didn’t complain about all the dry goods we left over that we didn’t use. I wish I could review the cleaning person somehow, they really should take a look inside because they offended the people that are the reason they have a job.

Great Experience

We rented this house my daughter Got married in the Orlando area and we needed somewhere to stay close by. The house was clean, the location of the property was amazing. Communicating with the host was so easy and he always responded in a timely manner . Check in was very easy. Will definitely recommend 10/10.. my family and I will come back to this location.

Lovely neighborhood resort home with private pool

The home is huge! 8 well appointed bedrooms and six bathrooms. Two bedrooms are on the main floor which was great for our multi- generational family- one queen and one king. Upstairs there were 2 kings, a room with two queens, a full size bunk bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. There was an upstairs living area that had a pool table and foosball table which the kiddos enjoyed. The long double dining tables were great to seat our whole family for meals. The pool and hot tub was greatly enjoyed!! There was an abundance of pool toys in the closet by the pool. The kitchen is awesome with lovely countertops, appliances and an island seating area. We utilized the two W/Ds as well. The main floor master bath has an exterior door leading to the pool deck which was great! The owner provided excellent communication and quickly resolved one small issue we had. We also we able to negotiate a later checkout as our flights were delayed. The clubhouse pool area was also enjoyed with a large pool and lazy river. (You do need your own lazy river tubes- no rafts allowed).

Owner of property communicates very well House does need some upgrading. beds are getting old and need to be replaced. Parts missing for game table Kitchen needs more attention. Great large home for 16 golf buddies

Everything from check in to the size and layout was perfect for us. The bbq needs some love and attention and there could be some more silverware for such large groups, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed the location, the home and the week of golfing.

This is the house for you

This house was the perfect size for our family getaway. There was enough space in the common areas for everyone to not feel as if we were on top of each other. There’s plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and enjoy themselves. Contacting the property management team was easy and they quickly responded whenever we contacted them. I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends and family.

Great place

It's a very beautiful home in a great neighborhood. It is also close to lots of attractions and many things to do. Club house is awesome if you have kids. We enjoyed our private pool and hot tub at our home. It would be nice to have a list of things you will need to start with. Also it would be nice for more clear instructions about leaving. The book provided needs updated. And a phone number to get a few things fixed would be nice.
