The property is in good condition. Our room was a good size. The shower was great. The sheets and towels were clean. Would definitely stay here again. There are clothing stores around as well as grocery stores and restaurants. The only thing we didn’t appreciate was the $10 fee they charge you at the front desk during check-in. The so-called “resort fee”. Other than that it was a good stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Waste of money. The service is horrible . When we checked in we waited 15 minutes for someone to come to desk and greet us. After 15 mins it’s here comes this guy taking his precious time coming out the bathroom. Not a bit of urgency... I’ve never experienced this service in my life. Came home to our hotel at 5am after working an event and realize we left our key in the room... we called front desk no answer but there was a number in the door we called it and had to wait til the SAME front desk person woke up and drove back to open the door. Apparently they don’t have staff there after midnight. And to make it worse he was RUDE.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. But I did see a small bug in the room that took away from the overall stay.
Like: This property is clean and convenient. Dislike: I checked out early in the morning, there was no attendant at the desk. I tried to call with no success and I left keys on the counter. I got a call about 5 hours later from a person that I believe was the manager or the owner. I was accused of leaving stained pillows and the mattress, he was yelling and screaming, using offensive language. I am a business man and stay at hotels at least twice per month. This was the first time I was accused of doing something wrong that I never did. Since I left keys on the counter that had my room number on it, I told him to check their DVR to see if someone else used the room after I left and he refused to do that. He was asking for my credit card Due to false accusations, I will never use this facility again. He was asking for my credit card number and wanted to charge me $200.
this was a small hotel but everything was great. will stay again soon. really quit. could sleep great. did not had to wake up early for breakfast because they had it until 9am
The service was very good. Mattresses were of good quality. Rooms were quiet. There is enough parking space. Close to many restaurants and special attractions. There were ants in the bathroom. It is better to treat those prior to the arrival of the guests. The quality of the breakfast should be improved (such as better bread, better bagels, etc).
Staff was great. Building needs a facelift; looks old and overused.

Dear Alba, We are happy you had a great experience staying with us. Sorry for the lack of explanation and clarification on the subject. Some hotels charge fees such as nightly surcharge that ranges from $10 to $75, depends on each hotel policy. When you book with a third party, this fee is usually not included, which is why we charge you at check-in.

We are sorry that you feel that way. We apologize for any misunderstanding but our hotel does provide breakfast, as stated at the check-in counter breakfast is from 8a-9a every morning. As for any other issues you had during your stay we would like for you to provide some details with any incident that happened.
