House was in a great location for visiting the parks. As seems to be the case with Florida vacation rentals they provide basically nothing for supplies. Even supplies left by guests because they can't take them home just get thrown away. Seems silly but that seems to be the norm. So you will have a single toilet paper roll, paper towel, dishwasher tab, laundry soap etc and buy the rest and just throw away what you don't use.

First VRBO. Happy.

1st VRBO rental. Very happy. Beds comfy. Pretty set-up up on arrival. Starter supplies there- 1 dishwasher powder but you have to run the dishes when you leave so save it for then. Same with clothes washer. Bring an extra of both of needed thru your stay. Master bath spacious - watch out for shower floor - slick/slippery. Almost hit the floor twice. We put a towel on shower floor to help. Not a big deal or problem, just pointing out. So much better than cramming into hotel room. Basically next door to WalMart, and Starbucks not much further. We didn't use small garage but it went straight into house. None of these comments are complaints! We were happy and hubby mentioned many times how glad he was that we upgraded from hotel room for not much more $. Will VRBO again. Recommend this property.

Close to Disney.

Pros. Good location, garage, screened in porch, beds we’re comfortable, kitchen was adequate, bathrooms were fine. Cons. Furniture needs updating, floors needed cleaning, not enough towels, directions for Wi-Fi not given correctly, terrible cell service. I did talk to someone at agency who said he appreciated feedback and would look into my concerns.

This property is a gem!

Perfect vacation! One level unit, absolutely beautifully furnished! Definitely one of the nicest units in Oakwater. Exactly as shown which is nice, no surprises. Nicely equipped kitchen, very much appreciated as we cook in quite a bit. Pool is within walking distance. Had two VERY small issues where we had to contact property management co. Resolved immediately! Comfortable beds throughout unit, great nights sleep. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Emplacement parfait!

Très belle propriété, cuisine très bien équipée, très bien située à proximité de toutes les attractions. Seul bémol, forte odeur de marijuana à l'extérieur, difficile de profiter de l'extérieur.

Family trip

Good location, but not very many amenities. The rental was clean, for a rental. It could stand a good dusting. The electrical outlets in both bathrooms that didn’t work. I called management to inform them of the outages. They offered to have an electrician to come repair them, but we were ok without them being fixed while we were there. I hope they have them working for the next renters.

Orlando Gem, very close to Walmart

This property was as nice as the pictures conveyed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and utensils. The pool area was great and the location was very convenient to Theme parks. I gave 5 stars and would return to stay at this beautiful home.

Disney/Universal vacation

Great location, clean, comfortable condo, with no issues. Everything was smooth and allowed us to visit the parks all day and return to a comfortable sanctuary each evening.

Problem with keypad door can't get in, host or urgency phone never call back, finally it work to go

The property look OK on photos, unfortunately the kitchen chairs and sofa were not confortable at all, they were overdue. Problem with keypad door can't get in, host or urgency phone never call us back, by chance after several try it works, but even if we left a call at urgence no one never call us back. I enjoy staying there but next time I will rent another condo, we clean dishes before using it because some were dirty. Quiet place and close to several Disney places.

Great quiet place to stay

This was a great little townhome for our visit to Orlando for the weekend. Our daughter had a gymnastics competition at the ESPN Wide World of Sports and this had just enough space and was close to the venue. Quiet and clean house. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Business Staycation

This is a very nice property that is very close to Disneyworld and the World Marriott center where we came for a business conference. Tucked back in a "hidden" neighborhood in plain view off 192, it was perfectly suited for us (3 older women and one adult son). Plenty of food sources on 192. The condo was as pictured with basic amenities provided. Very minor distractions that would not preclude me from staying again (and the host also tells you to bring what you need). If you need more than 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom or 1 paper towel roll-then you will need to purchase additional. Basic dish and utensil set-up. The Wal-mart which is quite literally in front of the complex is VERY busy always. Take yours and someone else's patience or find another. Again, overall was pleased!

Great place to stay

Everything was great! The only thing is there was a very bad smell in the rental. It lasted the whole stay and just to inform you the kitchen cabinet was already broken when we got there the first day. But over all I loved the cleanliness and the communication availability.
