Fearlessly fabulous, this special vacation property mixes spaciousness with style and the result is the utmost comfort. An open floor plan provides a gathering area where you can all stretch out and enjoy TV viewing, Happy Hour imbibing, board-game playing, and whatever strikes your fancy.

A pristine kitchen is part of the flow so the cook can get in on the conversation too. Efficient and sleek, the kitchen has all the amenities a home cook needs to whip up something delicious with premium appliances, plenty of counter space and storage, and a three-seat breakfast bar. An eight-person dining table sits nearby for group meals. When you're home from the parks, but still want some action, head for the car-shark-themed game room where you can engage in some friendly family competition at air hockey and ping pong. There's also a TV lounge upstairs where you can binge-watch your favorite shows, or compete at video games.

Full days call for a full night of rest so you can get up and plan even more adventures. Here, you'll find a restful night in two King, a Queen, a Twin, and Bunk-bed rooms that can sleep up to 11 guests. Kids will get a kick out of the bunk beds themed for everyone's favorite animated mouse. All rooms are well-appointed and have flat-screen TVs, some with attached baths. Great property, terrible management

House, location, community are great!!!!! Management company Jeeves is an absolute joke. Weeks leading up to our vacation had great communication with them. 3 days prior to arrival I had yet to receive a welcome packet with pertinent information. I emailed them and they responded the day of arrival. They responded with that my rental was rented out to someone else. After 1 hour on the phone, they acknowledged that the rental was under my name and they were wrong. They made a mistake. I asked again about a welcome packet and was told I would receive an email. I never received the email. The people at Encore resorts were extremely helpful and did everything they could within their power. My check in was at 4pm. I did not receive instruction on how to open key coded door until 4:45pm. Then in the pictures they show a barbeque. I buy a bunch of meat and invite family over, only to find out there is no barbeque. I called management and was told, "I should have read in the welcome packet" that I never received. They said the packet stated barbeque needs to be pre ordered for a fee. Ibsaid I'll take one. They respond that their vendor does not have anymore. Never received an apology or a discount for all the confusion. In closing I will say you can enjoy the property and have a great time. Make sure you check with the management company about your reservation over and over and over and over again to make sure your reservation is clearly understood
