This house is private and just 10 minutes South of Orlando airport, 20 minutes from Disney, 10 minutes from Lake Nona Boxi Park, 10 minutes from Lake Nona Adventure Park, 5 minutes to Gator Airboat ride and close to restaurants, groceries and gas station.

This property is in the 4 acres land, with unpaved, gravel cover on access road and parking area in the front.

The advantage of this large area is for you to park your big toy for free such as your RV, big boat, large truck or just a plenty of space for you to hold your private event guest parking.

There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with King size bed that connected directly to the master bathroom, the master bedroom and bathroom are on one side of the house, separate from two other bedrooms by a Living room, kitchen and dining area. The second bedroom has queen size bed, while the third bedroom has one full and one twin size beds.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms. Housekeeping is available on request.

tennis getaway

For me the place was ideal. Close to tennis facility and large yard for my dogs to run. The house was very clean. The downside was lots of traffic and noisy.
