Vacation

We enjoyed this house and would rent again. Next time I would bring my own pans or flat top griddle, I did go out and buy a pan as the one there I was not fond of. However enjoyed our stay.

Terrific home

Our stay was great and the house was amazing. It perfectly accommodated all 12 people in our party. When small issues popped up the property managers were on it immediately. Kids enjoyed the game room. Close to all Disney parks. Would definitely stay here again.

January vacation

Overall it was a great stay. The only issues with the home was that the mattresses in all rooms are worn out which made good sleep a challenge. The other issue was the pots and pans were in throw away condition, this being a large home is for families, which would suggest there would be home cooking involved, which requires more than one usable pan. We really appreciated the pool and the covering it is enclosed in, great idea to keep the bug population away. The theater room was fantastic as well as the game room. Again very pleased with the stay and would recommend this home.

Fantastic space for all ages

The house is amazing for whatever age you are there is a space to enjoy with company or when you want quiet time. disappointmented with level of deep cleaning required to some areas of house and pool furniture. I really suggest a deep clean of glass areas, lamps in kitchen and table outside. The cinema room chairs were very dusty on the arms and the windowsills, false plants and skirting boards require damp dusting. The only real disappointment was no sun loungers in pool area which is a must for holidays in a villa.

Nice Retreat Near Disney

I'd give this property 4.5 stars. We were overall very happy with our stay and would definitely return with a few necessary updates. The positives: safe, clean, quiet neighborhood with easy check in and 24 hour security, great communication from owner and quick response for any minor issues, wonderful theming that made our stay more magical, game room ended up being a huge hit and where we spent more nights than we expected (we dare you to try and beat our pinball scores!), great water pressure in showers, tv's in rooms that were signed in to disney plus and netflix, fun/clean pool area with plenty of seating, close to disney parks, shopping and restaurants, home was overall clean and free of any odors. The negatives: our biggest gripe was that some of the furniture definitely needs to be updated- some theater room chairs were broken and didn’t recline, the kitchen chairs needed some upholstery cleaning, but our only real complaint is the beds- it felt like we were sleeping on a box spring and at one point my husband and i considered going out and buying a memory foam topper. We ended up laying down extra pillows and blankets but the other couple with us said their mattress was also very uncomfortable and felt broken. They moved to 2 different beds and had the same problems. We had a few other issues with the hot tub heat, lanai screen and projector that were fixed within 24-48 hours- very quick response from owner. If they replaced the mattresses I'd give it 4.8 stars.

Great Experience

We had a group of 10 adults staying at this property. We really enjoyed the fun Disney decoration rd rooms. The pool and hot tub worked out well after a long day at the parks. The spacious kitchen was a great place for all of us to gather. When we had an issue with one of the screens above the pool, the hosts replied to my husband quickly and it was repaired quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the house. Everyone did what they wanted to do and some learned to do new things. Our youngest kinds learned to swim better then we expected they would. the only thing that would have help is if the pool had a railing to help get in and out of the pool.

Great stay for our volleyball tournament in Orlando!

We stayed here with a 14U volleyball team for Nationals and had a great time! The house has the cutest theming and provided a "starter pack" for everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable (i.e. dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.) The only thing we could have used more of were forks - we only had 8! Otherwise, the house had everything we needed to make the trip fun for the kids and comfortable to be fueled up for 4 days of volleyball!

Really fun house

We had a multi-generational family who had tons of fun with this home, especially the game room which features a great conversion so that you don't even realize that it was formerly the garage. The house was very comfortable and adequate for our large group. We also enjoyed its proximity to Disney World.

Very nice!

This place was wonderful! We really loved the spaciousness & the many bedrooms that were nicely decorated with Disney themes. Our family enjoyed the game room, the movie theater, the pool! Everything was clean and great. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't very hot. They said they will be fixing that. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Small issue with the hot tub jets was resolved the next day. Very prompt response from owner.

Missing some remotes to tvs but who needs tv when you have a beautiful game room and pool! Very nice comfortable stay lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. 2 family stay with 4 teenagers who all had their own room.

Great Vacation Home for large families

We had a great stay at this rental. Joy was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house has lots of space and is nicely decorated with fun themed rooms for the kids. We would recommend this house to our family and friends.

Awesome stay

Our overall stay was awesome, the house was nice. There was a situation with the a/c but that was fixed right away once we notified management and she was very nice and sweet and so were the guys that fixed the a/c. Everyone loved their rooms and the kids really loved the game room it felt more like a hangout spot to them. This home is minutes from Disney World and maybe 30 minutes from Orlando well to me it is when the traffic isn’t so bad and also they have at the restaurants around and Walmart and Target. The only thing we didn’t like was that there were no basic cable or regular tv channels to watch but maybe we didn’t tune it to the right thingy on the tv but if not chile give us some basic cable or something LOL!!! I would definitely get this house again. Big shout out to the management team and a/c team for making sure the a/c was fixed right away.

Great property

We stayed with family and friends for 8 days at this home. Even though there were 10 of us, we had plenty of room. The home is located super close to the Disney parks and made it really easy to get there every day. The host was quick to respond to questions. No issues at all - would stay here again. Cheers!

House was Gorgeous!

The house was gorgeous, clean and fully stocked for anything one may need. Unfortunately, the grill did not work and we bought groceries to cook out each day and couldnt, the hose was leaking at the spout next to the door so it made it extremely slippery when going in and out and the i e machine in the refridgerator did not make ice so we needed to buy bags.

Spectacular vacation house

This was the best house and vacation we have ever been able to give our kids! Private pool and hot tub was the key for them. The game room! My 15 year old son was so excited! My 11 year old son loved that he had so much space to be away from his brother, LOL! My husband cooked almost every meal and the open space was so amazing. For me…..I just loved watching my family relax and enjoy this week. Life is short and it’s these times that make it all worthwhile. ❤️💕
