Wonderful Villa

A great stay at this wonderful villa. We have visited Orlando nearly every year for the past 20 years and have a very strict list of must haves. This villa ticked all the boxes and we would definitely book again

Lovely holiday despite Hurricane Milton.

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful position would recommend to all. We appreciated the speed in which the hurricane damage was cleaned up and removed and although there was no pool screen we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Beautiful home

Better than expected. We watched the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the pool/spa, an unexpected treat! Home was clean and the amenities are as advertised. Plenty of space for everyone. Close to Disney and restaurants. Property manager is responsive. We will be back!

Beautiful property

My family and I had a great time over spring break at this property! It was just as pictured on the website. Great quiet location and super close to restaurants, activities and all the parks! Ted was awesome and anytime we had a question he was just a phone call or text away.

Great location for Disney!

My family and I had the best stay at this home ! Everything was on point! From the easy check in to our check out. This place has everything you could want/need for a family vacation! The rooms were spacious, the living room opened up to the pool. I advise paying the extra for the heating of the pool! It made our stay, when the evenings got a little cooler the warm water let us swim all eve into the night. Everything was clean! The game room had everything in it you would need if you’re not spending your time in the pool. Every night we were able to watch the fireworks from the spa. The security system made us feel very safe and the Neighborhood was quiet. This home is only 15 ish minutes from Disney and about 25 to SeaWorld. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Only con is we left our Tampa bay magnet on the fridge! Thanks again for an amazing stay! Will book anytime we come to Orlando.

Family vacation

We had an awesome time! The beds were comfortable and the layout of the home was perfect. Room for everyone!! The pool and spa were incredible. Very MINOR issues- loose toilet seat, minor cosmetic things, but nothing that impacted our stay! Would come again!!

Great Stay

Our family had a great time. The kids never wanted to leave the pool! It was so relaxing. And being able to see part of the Disney fireworks was very special, especially while sitting in the spa. The property manager Ted was always available and very helpful. We are already talking about a future stay.

Can’t wait to come back

Had a truly wonderful stay at this house. It is a lovely bright and spacious property and the photos really don’t do it justice. It really does feel like a special place to stay. We are a family of five and had everything we needed. The house had a real home from home feel but also managed to feel like a special place to stay at the same time. The beds were all super comfy, the main bathroom is huge and we had more than enough storage for all our things. The games room looks amazing - a real hit with the children. The kitchen had everything we needed. I didn’t do any major cooking as I was on holiday too! The pool is fantastic, big and deep enough to properly swim in! We were in it every single day and it was so lovely to cool off in. In the evening you can see the Epcot fireworks which is pretty special. Location wise, it doesn’t get much better. 10-15 from all the Disney Parks and 30 minutes from Universal. Sunset Walk is just round the corner and is great for restaurants. Publix are Target are both 5 minutes away. Communication from the owners was brilliant, right from booking until check out. We had a minor maintenance problem which was fixed literally within minutes. All in all this house was such a great find, highly recommended and definitely made our brilliant holiday even better.

Great Disney Location

Spacious family friendly accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood but within Uber distance from Disney parks. Universal parks a bit further away but, traffic dependent, within a 30 minute drive. No issues at all with the villa. Kids loved the pool and games room. No requirement to get in touch with Ted for anything but knew he was always available if we had to.

Overall a good stay

I only gave it 4 stars because the neighborhood itself that the home is located in is a bit rundown and unkempt. The house itself is nice and the view in the backyard/pool area is nice as well! The house could be a bit cleaner - don’t look under couches or the air hockey table and things of that nature - it is very dirty. The blanket that we intended to use in the living room…well, it had boogers all in it which was gross - but we just set it aside. Some kid went to town in a certain area on that thing. The home is in close proximity to Disney world which is why we were visiting. We could also see the magic kingdom fireworks at night which was cool! The property manager was extremely responsive and very pleasant to work with! Overall, I’d probably stay here again. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in - EVER - in a rental home! This was very much appreciated after our long days at the parks!

Nice Big house for 6

We enjoyed our stay here. The house gave us room to spread out and the two teens had there own bedroom. The outdoor space was nice and kids loved the pool. Very close to restaurants and big box stores. As noted there are not many amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags so we had to pick up a few things but that wasn’t a problem. We did go to Disney one day and it is only about a 10-15 min drive-so very close. We would definitely stay again.

Florida Trip

This house was perfect for our trip! The house is at the end of the street with no neighbors to the back. We all took advantage of the great weather and enjoyed the pool daily. This house was the ideal distance from the Disney parks and made our adventures there quick and easy. The only drawback was that certain items were not furnished (i.e., extra TP, laundry detergent, spices, etc.) but nothing a quick Target run didn't fix. We hope to stay at this house again when we return to Flordia in a few years. Thanks for the great stay!

Private home for the whole family

Overall Summary This home is in a great location. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac with lots of privacy for the area. Great amenities at the house for the whole family to enjoy. Ted is a great host who did everything he could to help us with our stay. We had a couple things go wrong that he quickly was willing to make right. (Pool and hot tub heat was not working properly, had an issue with cleanliness and he had housekeeping out to fix.) Our main critique would be in regards to kitchen and bath supplies, it felt very bare bones for a family home. I like bullet summaries so I put our biggest pros and cons below: Pros: - private lot at the end of a cup-de-sac (don’t see into next door neighbors backyards) - large house with plenty of room to spread out, with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. - Smart TVs in every room - Great outdoor area - Hot tub and heated pool - Screened in pool, safety fence for young kids! - Nice game room with pool, foosball, air hockey and a PS5. - Nice breakfast nook and dining table. Cons - Extra cost to heat pool - No grill, needed to rent one - Very minimal kitchen supplies (No salt, pepper, spices, Pam spray, or condiments, no sugar packets for coffee - No lids for the Pyrex bowls, No saran wrap or aluminum foil - No dish soap, no scouring pad, no kitchen wash cloths. - Very little amount of towels (should have an extra 2-4 per room!) Towels are looking a little thin. - Very little amount of toilet paper, trash bags, etc - No safety plugs in outlets for babies - No first aid kit - Would be nice to have a storage bin with some kids toys in the pool area Some of these cons are probably similar for a lot of VRBO’s in the time of Covid, it just felt a little out of place for what we were expecting, so at least you can have the right expectations going in.

Great stay at Magnolia Bend

What an amazing place to stay for a Disney vacation! Very convenient to the parks (especially Animal Kingdom) with an under 15 minute drive to each. The private pool area with pond views was a hit for everyone — there was even a distant view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks. And the kids (15, 14, 7) loved the game room. A minor glitch with the reservation before the trip was resolved quickly and painlessly by Ted. Great communication. There were a few very small details that could be improved: Some of the towels seemed older and could be replaced. And the light switches were seemingly wired to fixtures at random, so could really use labels. Nothing, though, that would cause me to drop below 5 stars. Thanks for a great stay!

Disney’s Magnolia Bend

Very good property. Missing a few things.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house is really great. However, a couple of things were missing. There were very few towels, no oven mitts, the coffee cups are super small, the kitchen utensils are lacking, there is no closet to use in the primary bedroom, and no soap shelf in the shower. In some vrbo houses there are salt and pepper, but this house was empty, perhaps because of Covid. None of these things really made it unpleasant. Mostly, just a little weird. To us, it seemed like it was newly released and simply missing a few things. We suspect that with some time, it will improve. The beds are perfect. We slept great!! We would stay again.

Best Stay Ever!

We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful and comfortable! Had a nice "homey " feel. The decor and furniture were so nice. Beds were super comfortable. The pool and whirlpool were a hit for the entire family. our favorite was doing night swims! The Led pool lights and skyline were beautiful! The location of the home was A+ very close to everything! Ted was the absolute best! From the first day that we booked he contacted us and throughout our stay he was one phone call away! Ted has amazing energy and very professional. We will definitely book this house for our future trips. Thank you Ted for making our vacation memorable and amazing ❤

Definitely will return!

Absolutely perfect house for a small or large family. Plenty of space and the setting of the backyard was perfect. Even though it rained almost our entire vacation, we were still able to squeeze in some time at the beautiful pool. There were a few minor things, but between the real estate representative and property manager, they were resolved quickly! Great place!

No better place close to Disney!

This property is perfect! 10 minutes to Disney. Corner cul-de-saq lot overlooking a pond and a field. Most rentals in the area are on small lots with the neighbor's pool 15 feet away from yours. Not so with this property. We couldn't see or hear our neighbors and had nothing behind us. The house is well cared for and the property manager is responsive. Everything is as it appears in the listing. This place has my unreserved recommendation!

Quiet & Responsive

If you're looking for a quiet getaway property, this is it. The property is also excellently managed. We had a small issue with the HVAC which was immediately addressed by Jhony. He followed up quickly to resolve and ensured that our stay was a pleasant one.
