This spacious 4-bedroom home, just minutes from Disney, is perfect for family getaways. Located in a secure gated community, guests can enjoy a clubhouse with a pool, jacuzzi, and more. With comfortable rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, it’s the ideal retreat for creating lasting family memories. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores.
**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver (35.00). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher, and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don`t leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb`s hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel, and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.

Late check-out incurs a USD 60 fee if departure is completed by 12:00 PM.
