The house is big enough for 12 people. The description of rooms is accurate and Spacious. But It needs some TLC. For the amount of money you paid you expect more comfort better things in the kitchen. I will recommend probably more towels ( literally there was one per person) a new and bigger set of cooking ware, the couch downstairs was old, some chairs were missing screws. The washer and dryer were very noisy. We had trouble with pool heater( but money was refunded promptly). The site amenities were either closed or under renovations. We had trouble with the entrance codes. Thankfully gates were open most of the time. The place is half hour from Universal and 20/15 min to Disney parks. There is a walking distance super Target and the place is close to restaurants and supermarkets. Communication with management was good.

We had a great time in Orlando, however the property itself was disappointing.Although the house is a good size, it was poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Carpets and furniture were worn and grubby, walls were marked and dusty, and we found a Walmart receipt on the floor dated before our arrival which also showed it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. We saw silverfish and ants in the kitchen area, and there were cracked, sharp tiles in the bathroom.Several plug sockets didn’t work, some TVs wouldn’t connect to the internet, the washing machine was extremely noisy, and the iron leaked as the water reservoir cover was missing.We were only given one towel per guest so had to wash them constantly. The first night the upstairs bedrooms were extremely cold with no extra bedding provided.Travelling with a 12-week-old baby and the bedroom temperature was very warm. The thermostat cannot be set below 71F and our request to lower it or provide a fan was declined, which made nights very stressful.We were also woken most mornings around 3am by loud bin collections from flats behind the property.The pool area was smaller than it appeared in the photos and didn’t get much sun, and parking is really only suitable for one car which became tricky at the weekends when Storey Lake becomes extremely busy with large groups.The location is convenient with shops and restaurants nearby and the host replied quickly to messages, but overall the property needs significant maintenance.

Fantastic Location

The property was as listed in the description. It is conveniently located for parks, shopping, and the airport. We did not use the larger pools but enjoyed great family time at the house's pool. We had 8 adults and 1 toddler it was plenty of space to live during our stay. We cooked out, use the house's play pen for the toddler, and did laundry. We visited many major attractions all with in a 20 minute drive. The house comes with starter packs so come prepared or pickup items such as soaps, detergents, papertowels, garbage bag or toilet paper. The neighborhood was great and mostly quiet except for the occasional family noises (the back yards/gardens are close so you can hear each others good times if you are outside at the same time. I would recommend using the QR Code with in the house to help you answer property questions. I would of like to give 5 stars however the property could have been cleaned a little better. Top of draps were dusty in some rooms and pillows needed to be cleaned. A few maintenance issues a toilet was running, a tile needed to be replaced, and a closet door was off the track Nonetheless I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation 2025

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a familiy vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. Our son and his family stayed at a different propery and we shared the large home with out daughters and their spouses and children. It was a great and fun experience.

NICE ACCOMODATION

Spacious house with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately the swimming pool area is very small and not big enough for 8 persons. Looking at a fence is not attractive, but for people who are out and about this is a very nice place to stay.

The property was ok there were not a lot of supplies that you would think in this size vacations rental. There were not enough towels and no washcloths. Some pool towels,kitchen towels and oven mitts would have been nice. Great location but floors were not very clean had to mop when we got there. Gates didnt work half the time and could not get into community pool with out a code which we never got. Communication was great just disappointed with the things listed.

Beautiful property in a great location

The house is beautiful. It is very spacious and has plenty of rooms to accommodate our group comfortably. Each of the rooms was very well appointed and made for a comfortable space to relax in after a long day out golfing. The house is close to Disney and a short drive to Universal and International Drive. It was the perfect location and a property that we look forward to booking for future Orlando vacations.

Checking in was convenient. Location and size was great. We had a few minor issues that need addressing. Trash bags was only one in each bin no extras, no extra paper towel and toilet paper. The cutting utensils needs updating. There was mold on the shower curtain in one of the bathroom. As a suggestion there should be separate towels for the pool area like in a bin.Overall minus those issues we enjoyed the stay.

The house was great. Two small things would of made it better. The washer machine working. fYI they did have some there the next day to work on it. Also knowing we should of brought towels for the pool at the house and going to the lazy river. All in all great place for the family being together. I would recommend it to anyone.

Good Location

The home was in a good location near grocery etc. The decor was very nice and spacious for 5 couples. Although advised; it was odd not to have washcloths for guests. That was a first. Also being asked to pay if early check-in was available was also new to us. Overall, the home was accommodating for what we needed and we enjoyed our stay.
