I've stayed at Windsor Hills many times. The properties are always impressive. Our host Sara made this property stand out among the many greats. She was always quick to reply, early on getting us information, and went above and beyond in accommodating our party. Sara managed to get Christmas decorations put up on short notice which surprised many of our party.

Loved this home—perfect for big families and close to Disney. Host responded quickly and resolved everything fast. Baby gear was a plus: pack-and-plays, monitors, high chair, utensils, and a baby gate. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The house was clean and very kid friendly! I appreciated the extra security around the pool. I did miss the 3 car limit memo but it was totally my fault. The host and staff at the club house were great and got us an extra spot in overflow!

Fantastic Location

This was a great property in close proximity to the theme parks. House itself was great. I will say if there was anything I felt that could be upgraded it was the bed on main level. You couldn’t turn over without waking your spouse. My kids slept upstairs with no issues. I would 100% recommend this house. The property manager was super friendly and helpful! Again, fantastic property, location and manager!

Great for big family

We had a great stay, plenty of room for everyone (we had 8 a baby). Location is great however part of a good location means terrible traffic. That was our only complaint and it had nothing to do with the property. Check in was easy, tons of space and activities, would definitely recommend.

Best House and Community

The house was awesome! The community was great! The water park was fantastic for the kids! Had a very bad check in where we had to go to a hotel because we weren't on the list BUT the property owner handled it fantastically the next morning! Be prepared for the Disney traffic! Great experience the rest of the week!

Having stayed at several homes in Windsor Hills we were familiar with what to expect. Clean and comfortable. Good value with some nice touches.One suggestion-/need more than 3 teaspoons in the kitchen.

Great Place

Been traveling to Windsor Hills for 10 years now for family vacations and work related activities. This house was one of the best we've stayed in. Very clean, lots of towels, dishes, glasses, utensils etc. Great communication with the property manager. Would look to book this same house again in the future! The pool was nice and warm too!!

We come down to Orlando area 2-3 times a year. Had a great time in this home. Very clean. Owner/Manager Sara was very helpful and quick to respond to any question. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Christmas

Our previous booking got cancelled as we were leaving for our trip and we found this place last minute. Sara was so wonderful helping us get everything lined up. The house was great and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Great multi family house near Animal Kingdom

Great location and house for a large group. The kids loved the pool in the backyard and spent hours in the game room. The neighborhood pool was great too but the kids quickly tired of the two waterslides. Only two issues with property one nerve racking the other annoying and easily fixable. After you book they ask for the names of the drivers who will be staying. The neighborhood is a gated community and you must check in and receive gate passes from security before you are allowed in. My guest who I registered was not allowed to enter and forced to turn around and leave by security. Once I heard of this I called the rental property management and told them again to put my guest on driver list. An hour later my guest again attempts to enter through security and their name still isn’t registered. So be prepared for problems at the gate, if possible have the person who booked enter first and make sure all guests are registered with on site security as there is a disconnect between the rental property management and Windsor Hills security. The minor issue is the lack of trash bags and toilet paper. How many people in these reviews gripe and lower ratings for this and it costs less than $5 to remedy.

Wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and very clean! The kitchen was well stocked for anyone looking to cook, and it was so nice to have a large supply of towels, including pool towels. The beds were comfortable, and our party of seven, multi-generational family, had plenty of space to spread out, play, and relax. Sara was super responsive when I did need her. I went for a few walks in the neighborhood, and it is very clean, well maintaintained, with the added benefit of being super close to Disney.

Great time

The house was more beautiful than described in the pictures. Centrally located with the ease of checking in and out. The host Sara was phenomenal. I texted her and she responded immediately and told me to call her anytime with any issues or concerns. Whenever i travel to Orlando, fingers will be crossed that this property is available. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.

Perfect for our quick weekend away

Came down for just the weekend to take Goddaughters to Magic Kingdom for the Christmas celebration. Incredibly comfortable mattress. Sheets so soft I want them for home. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Close to the parks. We will be back, for sure!
