Welcome to this amazing 10-bedroom themed home, perfect for large groups or families looking to make unforgettable memories! With a fully equipped kitchen, each spacious room has its own fun theme for everyone to enjoy. Come and make unforgettable memories together!



Enjoy the home’s summer kitchen and grill during your stay! Please note that the grill is gas. Adding charcoal may cause damage and will incur a fee if used. Guests are responsible for refilling propane gas.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY: You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled. BEFORE CHECKING IN: Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered. POOL AND SPA HEATER: Please note: the SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool using the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both and there is an additional fee. The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.***The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding. Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!"



GRILL RENTAL: There is a separate fee to rent the grill. Please request the grill rental before your arrival. The amenities were really weak. We got one Tide pod to do laundry. There were no bars of soap in any shower or bathroom. There were hand soap pumps, but it was very watered down. We couldn't use the BBQ. It was a bit worn down. Tons of marks on the walls, need to be repainted. Black hairs in the bathroom. I wouldn't consider this 5 Star Luxury, I have had better experiences at a 2 Star Hotel. It wasn't a bad stay, it just couldn't have been better, and really didn't meet my minimum expectations of a rental. The pool was disgusting when we arrived, but it did get cleaned later the next day.

Family and Smiles

This property was amazing!! We had 5 families and they all slept comfortable. There was enough space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the theatre and game room. The pool was nice. We saw a giant turtle. It was peaceful, plenty of parking and security was nice too. We also enjoyed how close we were to the convention center for our competition.
