The club house is 2.3 miles away which is a 6 minutes drive

Both clubs offer pools, water slides, a lazy river, sports courts, a fitness center, and more—all designed for relaxation and fun!

Free shuttle service within the community can pick you up and drop you off at your location if you prefer not to walk.


▶ EXTRA SERVICES

• POOL HEATING: Is optional. To guarantee an optimal temperature we must turn it on in advance one day before, there is a fee of $ 30 / day + taxes for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please let us know if you would like to request this service. The pool pump operates from 8 AM to 8 PM.

• GRILL: It is optional, you must request in advance, it includes a full propane tank and professional cleaning after your check out for only $65. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this feature to your stay.

-To complete the reservation, guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement after booking. This is a simple form used for identification, occupancy verification, and house rules acknowledgment.

•The Townhouse is located in the New Face of Storey Lake Resort.
•You will need to provide the driver details. We will create a QR code that is required to show at the security gate
•For your safety there is a security door bell camera at the front door, it will be recording at the time of your reservation.

•No Smoking Policy: A $350 penalty will be applied
