This hotel is pretty good! We stayed for one night, but upon taking a shower in the morning on check out day, there was no shampoo or body wash left in the refillable bottles attached to the wall. Because of this, I didn’t get to enjoy a shower (that I kind of assume is included in the pricing). Also, there was a used bar of soap in the shower. When I talked to the lady at the front desk (on a Sunday when we checked out), she made it seem like my fault for not saying anything…but I was in the shower and leaving soon, plus the bottles are not see through. I assumed they were replenished after every stay. She said she’ll ask the manager if I’m eligible for a small discount (Wasn’t expecting much, $200 for a night with no shower seems a bit pricey) as it was her weekend, so we’ll see. She didn’t say thank you for our stay or anything and I was very nice and polite when I asked, our stay was great otherwise. I know she probably couldn’t do anything on her end, but still being nice to me when I made a small complaint would have made me feel a bit better on our way out. The lady at the front desk when we checked in on Saturday was very nice! Glad this place is pet friendly too. I’d stay here again, but I’d have to hand check and pump all the body wash and shampoo/conditioner right as I check in lol.

The room was amazing, staff even more amazing! No complaints about the hotel whatsoever. Expedia on the other hand, failed. The payment transfer from Expedia to the hotel was such a headache and Expedia wasn’t being helpful when we had a hard time checking in. Front desk did amazing though

This was a great place to stay with very clean rooms and a solid breakfast given the price point. You have easy access to the river walk which is a very manageable walk (30ish mins) over to the downtown area. Service was excellent and kind. In general a great location for visiting coastal Oregon.

My husband and I stayed in a king room (334), which had a partial view of the Columbia River. It was a quiet, top-floor room at the end of the hallway. The room looked newly renovated, with a large-screen TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, iron/ironing board and free wi-fi. The bed was comfortable and the shower felt wonderful. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend.

Big room. Good linens. Carpeting was good. Lot of channels on the TV. Friendly staff. Two downsides: Sea Lions were out in force, and talking all night - hotel provides ear plugs (I didn't need them). Missing bath towels, front desk clerk immediatly brought them up.
