We booked an updated and pet free room, but pretty sure it wasn’t…there were carpet stains upon entry, bathroom fan missing cover, very dated, lots of deferred maintenance. Bed was comfortable and clean, good linens, nice TV, good check-in process and staff. We really enjoyed the views from the room and good access to Marina for fishing. Hot continental breakfast was nice. A little rough looking when entering the grounds.

I knew this was a date hotel but wow it really needs updating. It had the worst smell from mold probably. Honestly I was only 1 and a half hours from home and considered just heading home. I would have if i hadn't already paid. It really needs work in the living space. Bathroom seemed newer.

The room was dirty and smelled very bad, old and dated. Flies swarmed the hallway and room. There wasn’t a river walk and there were homeless people around.The mattress was so old and sunk in very uncomfortable, no support. They charged us an additional $15 for my lil puppy. So we paid $250 a night for this dump!

My Wife and I had stayed here a few years back and since then it appears they have done a bunch of upgrades and improvements. Very nice and for being right on the docks it is very quiet.

I absolutely would stay there again

I was hesitant to book because of some of the negative reviews, after weeks of debating I decided to book it. Going into it expecting the worse, we were pleasantly surprised. Great view and there is a tavern on the same block that serves food and also two food trucks across the street. I would definitely stay again. The bathroom fan didn't work but it didn't affect my stay. The free breakfast serves it's purpose. Each room has a small balcony with 2 chairs.

Hard to believe this hotel can stay open. The only saving grace is the view of the marina but the physical condition of the property both exterior and interior should be gutted and remodeled or shut down. Had I been able to cancel upon check in, I would have. Did not want to forfeit one night’s room charge. Expedia needs to do a better job screening hotels to recommend.
