Not a fancy hotel by any means but kids love it. Beds were comfortable and free parking was a plus. Nice little pool area. Close to Disneyland. Went to Mimi's Cafe for breakfast, a 2 minute drive up the road. Would recommend to others.

The hotel has started to show its age. It could use a fresh coat of paint on the outside. However, all the facilities still work, rooms were clean, and there were plenty of amenities to use. My only (very minor) gripe is that it’s on the further side of Harbor before Katella, so it’s a bit of a walk if you’re going there for Disneyland (and we like to walk).

First time starting at the Castle Inn, was very impressed with the size of the rooms. Free parking was a nice addition too, saved me $30+ over 2 days. No free breakfast, but I never eat it anyway as I'm in too much of a rush to get to Disneyland. Speaking of which, it is at a 10 minute walk (timed it), totally manageable and safe. Highly recommend, will stay here again.

Excellent price for a room very close to Disney. Clean comfortable and not one downside.

A bit of a long way to walk from Disneyland while carrying a sleeping toddler, but the fact that we had a separate bedroom with 2 beds in it for the kids meant she didn't wake up when my husband and older child arrived after midnight. The free parking was great, and the amenities are nothing fancy, but combined with the price and location (plus those 2 bedrooms) it was just what we were looking for.

Nice staff. Room was cleaned late. We went to the park and came back for a break around 3p and the room was still unmade

The staff was amazing!!! Parking was great. Room clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. Short walk to Disneyland and they were more accommodating with parking than other surrounding hotels.

It's obviously not a high end hotel, so you can't class it with those. Having said that, nice spacious rooms, very clean and nice staff. We will definitely stay again.

Gabriel, a trainee, was very helpful with directions. I was visiting family in another city.

Great staff. When our room didn't have a properly working hair dryer or shower, they upgraded us to a suite that was wonderful.

Stayed here with my husband and four kids. Beds were on the hard side, but room is clean and spacious enough for the 6 of us. There's no pool towels so you have to use the ones from your room if you didn't bring one with you. They definitely cut corners on amenities like shampoo and such. Only provide "conditioning shampoo" and soap. The conditioning shampoo smells like dish soap and feels like it too. So, recommened bringing your own. Good value for the price and easy walk to Disney even after your feet are sore from spending all day at the parks.

We've stayed here twice and are very pleased with the experience. A huge benefit is that they have Free Parking, which most hotels this close to Disneyland do not. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nothing fancy, but definitely gets the job done for a trip to Disney. Super close walk. We've stayed here with and without kids and both times were great. Orbitz always has a 15% off coupon and this has been a great price for us. If we wanted a pool experience, we wouldn't stay here, though. They also don't offer any breakfast, which is a downside, but the free parking & closeness to Disneyland are worth it.

It was only two lights down from Disneyland. Pretty short walk.

We always enjoy our stay here. Its conveniently located across the street from disneyland

I spended 2 nights with my daughters and was clean and neat hotel. Friendly stuff

Loved that it was in walking distance to Disneyland and that the room slept 6. Was very comfortable and I'm looking forward to staying there again.

The staff was lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet. The bed a little hard and the sheets ok. The fixtures outdated and squeaky in bathroom. It was a nice theme that I loved in the room. The wifi worked well.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable and friendly staff. Will definitely be staying there again.

We have stayed here before and were so comfortable. Parking is included which is a bonus since so many don't offer free parking along this road, this is one of the only benefits we experienced. The rooms are very clean and updated. Huge downfall is that our water heater was not working properly and my back was burned when the shower water turned to scalding hot about 2 minutes into my shower. Thank goodness it was not our 2 year old showering with us. I advised the hotel of this, and they did not offer to do anything, and I had proof that my back was beet red all day long because of it. It felt like a terrible sun burn for almost two full days and they did nothing. We let them know at checkout as well, and they thanked us for letting them know. I am extremely disappointed that we paid $250 for ONE night. You purchase a hotel room to sleep well and be able to shower, one of which went terribly wrong and they did nothing to remedy this. We also had a two hour late checkout that Orbitz offered us, we advised the person we checked in with and he said he had it updated. Come 11:30am we are being told that our belongings were left in the room and checkout was at 11. Overall just a really cruddy experience, and though we have had better before, getting burned and told to get out makes this hotel highly undesirable for us.
