It was very nice to come to the hotel after all day at Disneyland. The beds were comfortable and there was room for everyone. The staff was very nice and helpful.

It was great. Close to a variety of restaurants and attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were wonderful and efficient.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and cleaned with care. We felt very special and cannot wait to come back.

The elevator is super slow, and of course as with many hotels near Disneyland, there is no free breakfast. Overall though this is a very nice place to stay and if you have a group bigger than 5 or 6 this is one of the FEW places you can stay near Disneyland. It is an extra 5 minutes walk, but not bad.

Very friendly staff, clean large room.,pool and hot tub in good shape and easily accessable. No problems.

We made a last minute trip to Disneyland and got a great deal on our room. We've stayed here before and every time we stay it's always great.

Staff was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Will be staying here a lot more.

Everything was good. Would stay again. Clean and comfortable.

Not a fancy hotel by any means but kids love it. Beds were comfortable and free parking was a plus. Nice little pool area. Close to Disneyland. Went to Mimi's Cafe for breakfast, a 2 minute drive up the road. Would recommend to others.

The hotel has started to show its age. It could use a fresh coat of paint on the outside. However, all the facilities still work, rooms were clean, and there were plenty of amenities to use. My only (very minor) gripe is that it’s on the further side of Harbor before Katella, so it’s a bit of a walk if you’re going there for Disneyland (and we like to walk).

First time starting at the Castle Inn, was very impressed with the size of the rooms. Free parking was a nice addition too, saved me $30+ over 2 days. No free breakfast, but I never eat it anyway as I'm in too much of a rush to get to Disneyland. Speaking of which, it is at a 10 minute walk (timed it), totally manageable and safe. Highly recommend, will stay here again.

Excellent price for a room very close to Disney. Clean comfortable and not one downside.

A bit of a long way to walk from Disneyland while carrying a sleeping toddler, but the fact that we had a separate bedroom with 2 beds in it for the kids meant she didn't wake up when my husband and older child arrived after midnight. The free parking was great, and the amenities are nothing fancy, but combined with the price and location (plus those 2 bedrooms) it was just what we were looking for.

Nice staff. Room was cleaned late. We went to the park and came back for a break around 3p and the room was still unmade

The staff was amazing!!! Parking was great. Room clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. Short walk to Disneyland and they were more accommodating with parking than other surrounding hotels.

It's obviously not a high end hotel, so you can't class it with those. Having said that, nice spacious rooms, very clean and nice staff. We will definitely stay again.

Gabriel, a trainee, was very helpful with directions. I was visiting family in another city.

Great staff. When our room didn't have a properly working hair dryer or shower, they upgraded us to a suite that was wonderful.

Stayed here with my husband and four kids. Beds were on the hard side, but room is clean and spacious enough for the 6 of us. There's no pool towels so you have to use the ones from your room if you didn't bring one with you. They definitely cut corners on amenities like shampoo and such. Only provide "conditioning shampoo" and soap. The conditioning shampoo smells like dish soap and feels like it too. So, recommened bringing your own. Good value for the price and easy walk to Disney even after your feet are sore from spending all day at the parks.
