Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night in our room for no reason. Hotel staff refused any type of concession as a result. Weak customer service in general, have stayed here multiple times, but will not be back. Stay elsewhere in Laguna.

Staff was extremely helpful. They were very easy to deal with and very accommodating. We were staying for our friends birthday, we stated that we need to decorate the room, and they offered to do it for us. They did a great job. There was no kitchen, but we did have a good size refrigerator. We stayed six nights and the rooms were cleaned when we would request.. Couldn’t be more happy. If we come back, we are definitely staying again.

This was the best spot in our whole 7-day-drive-the-coast trip. Not only is it in a perfect location, but it’s the most beautiful spot. A must stay, if you’re unsure about it trust me, I’d go back here any day of my life.

We loved how close the hotel was to so many different beaches and places to eat. The stay in our room was comfortable and it was clean. They had a basic breakfast. Parking on hotel premises online said it was $39 and at the hotel check in desk they said it was $35. Great stay overall!
