Our shower leaked from the ceiling when we used it, the HVAC roared and woke us up, the bedding was dirty, lightbulbs were out. Overall....not good.

Reserved a king double. Was given handicap accessible room which I did not reserve. Shower head sprayed water the entire way across the bathroom, making it impossible to use. Breakfast area flooded due to rain on frozen ground. Only one staff working the breakfast area, and had to be told things were running out or needed to be restocked (decaf, hot chocolate). Staff there was friendly and responsive, just needed more than one person.

I've always had a great experience here! Great staff, HUGE clean rooms, very decent breakfast, and free beer and food at their evening mixer.
the sink didn't work on the room and it was semi-clean, they offered to change the room. I accepted. Since i paid through orbitz they still took a CC for incidentals. Well low and behold, 3 days later they've charged me for the hotel stay even though I already paid. They were really nice the entire time but there were so many things that went wrong in the process. I would not stay there again.
I have never stayed at a hotel where every single staff member was amazingly nice and very pleasant. Room was very clean. It doesn't have a bathtub, but a very nice shower. Has a kitchenette and was one big reason to choose this hotel. Nicely equipped. Quiet area out away from traffic town, but easy to jump on HWY 6 and get into Omaha. If you don't mind a short drive, the price is great! Will definitely stay again.
