You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Charming ranch style home

You will have complete private access to this home including use of the two car garage (openers not provided). The master bedroom includes a King bed with attached master bath!
There is a living room on each floor. The lower level includes a gas burning fireplace as well as laundry room.
There are two bedrooms on each floor with a set of stairs separating the two levels.
The large back deck is the perfect place for a meal or an evening drink while watching the sunset through the trees. Patio table with chairs and bistro table are provided. A set of stairs lead down to the fully fenced backyard. The yard can also be accessed through sliding glass doors from the lower level.
There is a large desk built into a bedroom downstairs, perfect for working from home.

Please note that this is an imperfect home with cosmetic wear and tear. Some areas may be scuffed, scratched, or worn but it remains a lovely and comfortable place to stay. Just keep in mind that it is a work in progress.
Do not disturb the owners closet in the basement. The house is ten short minutes to Offutt AFB and 20 minutes to downtown Omaha. There is a lot of wildlife in the area. You may encounter some turkeys crossing the street or deer in the backyard on occasion.

The home is older and need some TLC. It was ready for us and It our cat. Were enjoyed the large deck and wildlife. The kitchen is set up well with The ability to cook for aprox. Six or more people. We would rent again.

Great place to stay!

This house was just perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own room, there are 3 full bathrooms, we cooked a lot of big meals in the kitchen, the backyard is really big (and there were often deer in the yard!), and the basement is huge. Great neighborhood, beautiful homes and rolling hills. Meg was great to work with, very accommodating.

Great location, roomy house, great value.

This house has tons of space and is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Bellevue University and Offutt AFB and is an easy drive to almost anywhere in Omaha. The master bath was nicely remodeled and the kitchen appliances were modern and worked properly. The mattresses were firm but surprisingly comfortable. The yard is large and pleasant.Much of the home is somewhat dated but in good condition and very clean.I would definitely stay here again if we return to Omaha.

Lovely home close to everything we needed

We were in town for a dance competition and this home was the perfect place to stay. It was close to the competition, the store wasn’t too far, and when we had time, it was easy to get to Omaha to explore. The home itself is as described and perfect for what we needed. It was clean and had no issues. A little fun bonus was the cardinal nest viewable from the master bedroom window.

Very clean, older home with lots more room than if we had stayed in a hotel. Just a short drive to the zoo and close to some good restaurants. Will stay again if our travels bring us back to Omaha in the future.

Very nice home in Bellevue

This is a great location if you are wanting to be close to Offutt AFB as we did. Great neighborhood - close to everything in both directions. The main bedroom bath has nice upgrades and the house was neat and clean. We had everything we needed! Thank you!

Good Family Thanksgiving

Renting and communicating with the property manager was smooth and easy, very responsive and helpful. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner was helped by dishes brought by our Nebraska family.. There was appreciated coffee available since we arrived late at night. :-). Location was good for sightseeing.

WE loved our stay on Bellevue NE. The house was perfect. It was very clean and the owner was amazing! The huge fenced in back yard was a real hit with our two doodles. Great location. It was close to downtown and the Old Market and the Zoo. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
