cannot , will not recommend to any one not livable

The place was very run down. The door to our room was open when we arrived, it was missing part of the coffe maker, there was no Kleenex tissue in the holder, there was only 2 wash cloths and 2 towels, no hand towels and they were sloppily shuved into the holder. The tub didn't look clean, we found mold around the edges. The pool was located near the front desk where children were running in and out of the pool area tracking water all over they floor in which someone could slip on. We also found one of the lights unplugged and when we plugged it in the light flickered on and off, leaving us to feel that that might be the reason it was unplugged, maybe a fear that it had a short. It appeared that they only person who was checking us in, had to take time out to also address all the problems people were reporting with their rooms. There was no one else there to assist her. She had to take time out while she was tring to check us in to address problems with a tv remote and things missing from the room by another customer. I have stayed in places for much less that where much better than this one, including other super 8 motels. At a $110.00 a night, this place was way over priced for what we got. I've stayed at low end motel 6's that where better.

Very clean, close to everything. Even thou I didn't use the indoor pool it looked very clean.

Rm 209-horrible bed, needs replacing. Very noisy late Filthy carpet in hallway Wondered if it was a voucher motel

After a long road trip (over 36 hours) we were in desperate need of showers but were informed that the water was being worked on and would not be fixed until early evening; which was not good because we had dinner plans with relatives. The hotel also did not have working card readers for the doors so you had to have hotel staff unlock your room every time you came back to the hotel (hopefully every employee at this location is trustworthy).

Staff friendly room was updated but it smelled as if someone had emptied an entire bottle of men’s cologne in the room. I am sensitive to smells and I spent the entire night with a headache. Also I did not eat the continental breakfast, only got a cup of coffee but there are signs saying you are not allowed to eat in your room which is ridiculous

The staff stated they needed a 100.00 deposit that would be a hold placed on my credit card. They insisted it would be removed the next morning when I checked out. A week later the hold is still on my credit card.

Don't ever go there the staff is very unprofessional, unfriendly and difficult to deal with, never again.

This hotel has bed bugs. Can't believe I had to pay for my room

I was attracted to this business because it was affordable. Understand that you are getting what you pay for in this case. The hotel grounds were gross. I found that someone had urinated in the dirt right behind where I parked my vehicle - I moved it somewhere else. Lots of shady characters in the parking lot. Dirty property. I've attached a couple of photos of what the door to the building looked like for 3 days. Disgusting. I didn't have any hot water when I tried to take a shower at 12:30pm. I called the desk and the man (who I have to ask to repeat himself because he speaks very broken english) told me to "wait" for the hot water to heat up. Bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've every slept on - including a fold out bed. Will definitely spend a few extra dollars next time.

I felt like I was in a sketchy 90s movie with this hotel.

This was by far the worst Super 8 we have stayed in. We checked in about 6:30-7:00 and our room was not ready. Over an hour wait. Others fared worse. They had their confirmation paper work in hand but the hotel would not honor it. The folks at the desk were very rude. The place really stunk. Dingy and seemed dirty in the hallways and pool area. the next mornig reading the news that was the 1st night after it had been closed down for Legionaires disease. I get that they were probably behind as thorough cleaning was needed but it was a complete disaster. I may not go back to any of their locations again.

The motel was clean and the staff was generally nice, but they didn't have a rollaway bed, breakfast was pretty minimal and their location is far from Seattle.

We found this hotel to be musty, furnished with very old items and dingy. The staff was impersonal. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here on our way up to Seattle to see friends and family. Nice place to rest our heads and have a good basic breakfast. Easy on and off the freeway and no noticeable road sounds

Our car machine was down for maintain. We dont mind / it is our job to open the doors for you. You are welcome to come and go and we will be here to open the room. The water was shut down for 3 hours due to fixing a pipe. There were signs up and all around the building. We are all trustworthy employees. We hope you come back we will have new door locks and water be up and running.
