Pros: Nice home with many beds and bathrooms. Great remodel updates for the age of the home. Game room was so much fun! Fully stocked kitchen. Ample parking. Cons: Excessive number of windows and they REALLY need black out curtains. The home is right on 63rd street, which is very busy. Not down a side street on 62nd or 61st, it is right on 63rd. But the parking is well designed for getting in and out onto 63rd.
Bright windows are great for photos, not so great for sleeping on a busy street.

We were in town for a family wedding. The home was clean and worked well when we had family come over for dinner on Saturday night. Lauren was very responsive to any questions or needs. Our only issue was two out of the three bathrooms did not have outlets, but there are plenty of outlets in the bedrooms and rest of the house.
