Door didn't latch shut, refrigerator didn't work. Room was filthy, service sucked horribly! Key cards never worked after 4th one, I just gave up on asking to have that resolved. The appearanice is horrible as parts of the roof is caving in and the gaurdrails around #210-208 are about to fall off. Constant drug deals in the courtyards. Mattresses are worn out. Mold growing along the bath tub. Front desk people are arrogant and disrespectful!
2.5 starts??!!! Are you kidding me? More like -2.5. This place is not only in objectionable conditions, but the staff is cocky and arrogant. The rooms are badly in need of repairs and the lobby and breakfast areas are deplorable. If you are lucky enough, not to have been panhandled from the parking lot to the office and can make it to the front desk you'll be greeted by an uncaring employee, a discolored and foul odor smell from the carpet that you'll quickly recognize in your room. Noticed the bed sheets, hadn't been changed and saw all different lengths of hair. By the way, your Wyndham Rewards status with this people, means nothing to them, no matter your level. Stay away!
It's not a new place. It just needs an update. It was fine for us, we were just passing through, needing a place to sleep, We didn't have any problems, it's pet friendly and there were no issues with people hanging around
Filthy door handles to the lobby, broken furniture, no facial tissues anywhere, no tea bags, dim outdoor lighting, late check out was only 30 minutes more. Staff was very polite and apologetic. At least the bed was clean. Continental breakfast was over early. It is located in an area that is not acceptable (or safe) to walk around to retailers or restaurants. Not worth the $$ should be $29 or less.
Hotel is easy to access from I-44 for a short trip. Courteous staff at check-in. A microwave and refrigerator in the room complimented daily breakfast. However, freshly scrambled eggs, pancakes, and/or muffins would have made for a better breakfast selection. I stayed a week. But, throughout the stay, only juice, bagels, bread, and corn flakes were available. Overall, cleanliness could be improved.
Rooms were outdate. Shower and bath tub were very old and aging. Did not use. Blow dryer was hanging from wall and mount wasn't screwed in all the way. Moldy smell in the room. Booked a smoking room, upon arrival the room was not available. No coffee maker. No alarm clock. Small pillows on bed. Heater worked good.
The room was dirty. 2 towels for 4 people. No lights. Plugs did not work. There were roaches and im suprised we didnt get mugged in the parking lot. The breakfast was nothing but dry cereal and a loaf of bread and nasty orange juice. Ive stayed at days inn before and was very unhappy. If i could have gotten a refund i would have went somewhere else. The room stunk really bad.
My son and I stayed there 2 nights. Key card to the room never worked and was reported but never fixed. Bead linens had holes in them room was not vacuumed. The beds were not made, shower was nasty. Overall Terrie place to stay. This place needs torn down.
35 years of watching HS Basketball games @ the arena. The lights, the crowds, the smell, the sounds, Wish it could last forever. I know that we will have a new arena in the future but as for me, I will surely miss the old one.
Rang and spoke to TJ and was told that service dog was okay as this was a pet friendly hotel and chosen for that reason but then wanted to charge an extra $10 for the pet when going to check in but this was not told to at time of booking. TJ actually hung up on me twice and was extremely rude. Hotel is very ordinary and we will not stay there again.
