Check in was poor. Waited for 15 minutes or longer for front desk attendant to come. When asked for two packs of coffee, it took another 15 minutes for attendant to find coffee packs. Room was terrible. Carpet full of stains, dust on furniture. Beds and pillows also terrible , bed mattresses lumpy and pillows so small and empty. Very old. Bathroom was even worse. Bathtub tiles and surroundings dirty, rusted, tiles are coming out, same as the soap dish in the wall. Toilet seat is moving sideways, not firmly tighten to the toilet bowl. And the last thing , TV is so small that it is hard to read the TV guide from the bed.

Booked this as a pet friendly room. It is not. After travelling for 10 hours and going to check in they would not allow us to, because we had a dog. Even though we booked the pet friendly room AND commented we were bringing a dog in the special accommodations upon booking.

It was a central spot to everything which we loved. Rooms were clean, but feel the bathrooms could do a little renovation. Having said that it was a nice and comfortable stay, especially since we were centrally located and out exploring.
