The doors closing are very loud. The blinds do not block light and they want extra money on top of the price for parking, which is a new way to suck money out of you.

Convenient and comfortable

Always nice to stay before an early departure or after a late arrival! The long term parking is a wonderful option, however the parking fee while overnighting, not so great(even with the discounted rate). Otherwise everything works well. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Thank you staff for emergency support.

My wife and i were wrapping up our 4 day ski trip and my wife had an emergency low sugar event in the middle of the night prompting a 911 call. The two staff on duty that night handled the situation very professionally. I cant thank them enough. Ill spare the details here but they helped save her life. Eternal thanks! Her sugar came back up and we didnt need a trip to the hospital. The staff provided immediate responses to requests for extra towells, juice for sugar, and to make sure we were ok. Thank you again!...Also, the place was really convenient and has a nice restaurant to boot. Right across from the airport. I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I both needed showers after working out, but the shower drain in our room was completely blocked. It was gross. When I tried to call someone to repair I got no answer. Had to go to front desk in person for help. Definitely not a $300/night hotel.
