Black Pearl is an extremely well appointed and maintained villa situated within a gated community of eight properties.

The villa offers ideal accommodation for comfortable vacationing for up to eight people and is situated on Enterprise Coast Road. It’s within easy walking distance to Freights Bay (5 mins) the famous surfing beach and then following the coast for a further 10 min walk will bring you to the stunning Miami Beach, here you can choose to rest in the shade, enjoy the sun and the surf or go and pay Mr Delicious a visit who is famous for his Fish Cakes and Rum Punch. A further 5 mins walk and you will be in the heart of Oistins where there is a supermarket, fresh fruit and veg stalls and the fish market which hosts it’s amazing Friday Fish Fry!

The accommodation has four air conditioned bedrooms all with ample storage space and three full size bathrooms with walk-in showers (one bathroom is located on the ground floor). The master bedroom has a super king size bed and full en-suite bathroom with a newly installed shower, the second bedroom also has a super king size bed which can be split into two single beds, the third bedroom has two twin beds and finally the fourth bedroom (ground floor) contains a double bed. The property has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining space, two great patios one of which is covered both looking onto the pool and enclosed garage with laundry area. This rare Pearl has it all!

The layout is also very well designed. The garage leads straight into the kitchen, living and dining area, which leads onto the patios overlooking the pool which has six comfortable sun loungers along with a round table with chairs and gas BBQ should guests wish to eat under the stars.

All rooms have ceiling fans but the Black Pearl is very special because it is situated to the Winward side of the complex offering prevalent cool breezes throughout.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.

We had a lovely months stay at this property, the property manager Lanthe was amazing she took us to get some shopping the night we arrived as our car wasn’t being delivered to the following day. The property itself was very spacious and the swimming pool was fab!! The kitchen was fully fitted out, every room had air conditioning apart from the living room and kitchen. I liked the fact that villas were in a gated community, it felt very secure. If I was to recommend any issues to Sue it would be have mosquito nets put up at the windows as they did like us, particularly my mum and the down stairs needed a fresh lick of paint. Overall we had a brilliant stay at this property although I would recommend getting a car as there are no shops in walking distance. Would I stay here again, yes I definitely would😊

The black pearl.(Enterprise villa #4)

This is a great property for a family (4 bedrooms) or two or three couples. The villas is very clean and the three bedrooms upstairs are large. All we needed was available for daily breakfest and lunches.. The highlight of this villa is the pool. Its 36ft by 12ft. With depth of 5+ft. Ideal for swimming. Would recommend renting a car as we are located just outside of Oistins. Our property manager Ianthe was excellant she has a wonderful personality and is around requently if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay ..Did I mention the great Pool. Thank you Sue.
