The breakfast is the reason for the 4 star. The choices were good but the food temperature was below below recommended requirements. I would recommend the hot plates need upgrading or set up earlier to keep the good hot.

We had booked a double room but there was none left when we arrived. We were given a wheelchair user room. The problem for us was that the sink was low, the toilet high and the wet room shower had special aid equipment in which made it awkward for a standing person to shower around. We prefer to lower a toilet lid to stop droplets being in the air around our toothbrush. The disabled toilet did not have a lid

The extension room for the bar was really cold, when guests asked the staff about putting the fire on the reply was 'no the fire isnt on today. Some of the staff werent very customer friendly.

However, the air con was very noisy, the room was pitch black and there were no dim lights meaning if you need the bathroom during the night you wake up your other half, theres no socket next to the bed for using your mobile as an clock or torch yo save putting the light on
