The unit is very clean. The HOA responded quickly re:slow bathtub draining. My only issue is the shower/bathtub could use a new seal. It looks dirty,but it is not and a fresh seal would do a wonder for the cosmetics.The grounds are beautiful and you cannot beat the view from the patio.

Exceeded all Expectations

This place truly exceeded expectations—pictures don’t do it justice. Ideally located right by the harbor with several restaurants just steps away, less than half a mile from the boardwalk, and Camp Pendleton is literally around the corner. The unit was spotless and fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, including extra linens, plenty of towels, and fans for added comfort. Just open the windows or patio door and you can hear the ocean waves—so peaceful. The service from check-in onward was excellent. Highly recommend!
