Horrible on fees advertising something get there charge a different amount was supposed to refund my card and they never did they are horrible and coke up with several excuses when requested refund would never book with them again
We travel a lot every summer & stay in many different hotels - this is probably the best accessible room I’ve ever stayed in. The property wasn’t worth the service fees added to the qoated rate. Very expensive for really no service.
Nice comfortable room. Friendly staff as always. short walk to the harbor for dinner.
I truly enjoyed my stay it was just the elevator sounded as if it was going to break and while there one became inoperable.
Good location to beach. Room for for wheelchair access. Shower sprayed water all over the floor causing me slip more then once. No breafkast but every room full. Their is either a covid risk or there isn't. Ridiculous to syop serving food but book every room.
We were able to get early check in and a late check out. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, a quick 5-7 minute walk to the marina and the beach.
Great and affordable place to stay. Our room was clean and has everything we needed. Front desk was fast and helpful.

I've stayed at this hotel the last 3 years in a row for a few days in july. This past week was the longest stay (and most expensive) 4 nights total. I paid for a jr. Suite all 4 nights but the first night I had to stay in a downgraded room due to the fact that the original was filthy. Strands of hair and eyelashes in pillows and sheets. Trash on floor and in refrigerator. The last three nights were in the room I paid for but staff never even mentioned compensating me for night one.
Staff was so helpful & kind. We needed a late checkout & they were so accompanying. Very close to beautiful beach.

We stayed at this hotel due to it being within a quick drive to Legoland. It turned out to be better than we expected and within walking distance to the beach and waterfront stores/restaurants. The room was spacious and included a microwave and fridge. The hotel staff was friendly and dressed sharp. The lobby was decent - needed some upgrades but overall was not too bad.
Needed a getaway for a couple days. Great foot path from the hotel to the harbor and the beach. Hotel staff was nice and helpful.
