We were in a handicap room #134. Several cockroaches in the toilet area. They had changed the entry door to the toilet and shower area and installed a barn door which left two large gaps on each side of the door which affected your privacy. We ate each morning in the dining area and they provided a good breakfast. A bit unusual for a Best Western motel. The room was very clean and in the bed area amd well prepared for the guest. Overall good experience

Room was clean, except a big blob of napkin or tiolet paper stuck over smoke alarm up by ceiling. Kind of gross looking. Breakfast was very clean and the attendant was very kind and polite.
