Very good for the price. Property is older but well kept. My first room had a cigarette burn on the carpet, the bed springs were dead on one side, & a sliding glass door that opened directly into the parking lot. The next day I asked to move to the second floor - they gladly allowed it, & I had a nice bed & great private balcony. Staff were all kind, breakfast was decent (I’ve seen better & I’ve seen worse, but I will say two staff were working hard to keep everything stocked). Best part is location - right off the 5 & only a couple miles to the popular Oceanside shore. No reason not to stay here again.
Staff was really friendly, kids wanted to go to the hot tub, but it was so green and nasty, also unsafe area and homeless problem about 60 feet away from your hotel room door.

We stayed in over 20 hotels on our trip down the west coast and this property was by far the best bang for the buck. Great pool great hot tub, business center, clean cool rooms, super friendly staff and all for a pre Corona price. In the current land of price gouging in the hotel industry this hotel gets #1 out of 20.
