Driftwood Dream Cottage: A12 en North Coast Village
Esta unidad de cabaña de lujo de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en una planta tiene una vista del océano desde el balcón, y está a pocos pasos de la playa. ¡Driftwood Dream acaba de ser remodelado por completo en junio de 2017! Great Oceanside stay

This was our first time in Oceanside. The weather was not the most cooperative but we had an amazing time. This condo is close to the beach, Pier and harbor. Comfort for cooking meals at home. Lovely ocean view. We enjoyed being able to use the a building pool as it was a bit sunnier.

Super clean and comfortable

Visiting my daughter stationed at Camp Pendleton. Didn’t have enough time to enjoy the pool or hot tub but the place was very comfortable, extremely clear, and well stocked with the basics (towels, fans, kitchen, etc.) The road noise is pretty intense at times but I knew that going into it. With windows and doors shut it wasn’t bad. Close to base and beach. I enjoy walking and didn’t mind the half mile stroll to the main drag (restaurants, shops). I’d do it again.

This is a great place to stay. Everything went well. It was a bit noisy on that main street but the proximity to the beach makes up for it.

Steps to the Ocean

Beautiful, full kitchen, filled with light condo. We enjoyed a 10 week stay with easy access to the pier, harbor and farmers/ sunset markets. We barely scratched the surface of things to do. So we will be back next year.

Very Comfortable Stay

This place was great for my family. Awesome kitchen that was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils. The living space was comfortable with a couch and four comfortable chairs. There is a deck with 4 chairs and you can see the ocean on the other side. Parking and accessing the unit was easy. We used the pool, jacuzzi and laundry room. I’d stay here again.

Great location!

Being able to stay walking distance to the beach made it easy and convenient with small children. This is a beautiful unit and our kids loved the bunk beds and having their own tv in their room. Beautiful, lush landscaping throughout! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was kind of a pain just because we had to go to a different building and get our keys. We were traveling with little ones so they were restless. Everything else was great. Super short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Pretty loud. Lots of street traffic. Condo itself very nice. Proximity to the ocean good. Communication regarding check-in/check-out procedures needs improvement. Beautiful landscaping.

Awesome place- clean and spacious. Very nice breeze at night and I am generally a hot person. Pools, grills, shopping and food all near by. Every morning there is a lot of noise around 7am- however we just got to the beach earlier. Awesome place to stay we will definitely be back. Thanks for a great week!

The main element that we noticed on the first day was that any kitchen equipment needed for cooking or tools was at our fingertips. The property was well equipped and kept it simple when preparing meals or snacks. The service staff was accommodating and professional and recognized our needs, and we were well taken care of during our stay. It was a pretty noisy area due to the garbage trucks, but that is a city issue, not the property

Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.

We enjoyed our stay. I have rented several units at North Coast and this was the first time they did not have our name on the list for check in. Not sure what the miss was but Douglas at the guard station was very helpful as I had all my confirmation information with me.

Relaxing perfect getaway

This is our third trip to NCV this year, we have loved the ambiance, location, ease, security, cleanliness and fun the property has to offer. In regards to this condo- top notch, view was incredible place was impeccably clean and we wanted for nothing. Utilized the towels, kitchen, smart TV, beds to the fullest and the beds are comfortable and not too crammed in the rooms.

Fantastic property

Absolutely loved this place, right on the doorstep to the beach, spotlessly clean. Everything you could need in the property, the only one thing that I could suggest would be a clothes airer/dryer for those clothes that can not go in a tumble dryer. There is also a sofa bed, which I don't think was on the listing, but was a great surprise for my older son as he wasn't best pleased about sharing with his younger siblings. We travelled from England and stayed in a few different places and this was by far the best out of them and we wished we had of stayed longer at this property instead of the others. If we ever come back to oceanside, we would 100% stay in this property again.

Fabulous!

We had such a wonderful time at this condo. The location was incredible, a block from the beach and also two pools and two hot tubs we could use on the property. We walked everywhere and there were lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The condo itself was clean and cosy and had everything we needed. I’ve been on many vacations over the years but for some reason Oceanside keeps popping back into my head and I just long to go back there. I would whole heartedly recommend this condo, we cannot wait to go back.

Wonderful location!

The location of the condo was amazing, just steps away from the beach. The property was very clean and organized. As a mom of 2 young kids that touch EVERYTHING and COVID still around, I have high standards for cleanliness and this property really met my standards. The only downside was that the property has no stroller/wagon accessibility but it wasn’t a big deal for us as there wasn’t too many steps. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would come back.

Spring Break 2022

Very clean and beautiful. Walk out the gate and you're at the beach. The road can be a bit noisy. They did do the trash one day but it wasn't break of dawn. The ants are for real, DO NOT leave anything on the counter... Its hilarious how the appear. Overall Very relaxing . Everything in the kitchen. Pots, pan, pie plates, cake pans, mixer, wine glasses and opener, I believe there was a blender, beautiful plates and glasses. Beach chairs and umbrella. Our truck fit in the garage but would never have fit in the parking space. Parked in the front parking lot with permission of the guard and it worked out great. Very nice property. Would recommend it very highly!

Beautiful unit with ocean view

The interior of the property is updated with really nice finishes. Great location with a beautiful ocean view from balcony! There is some street noise, so I recommend white noise at night for sleeping. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked!
