They are great for the price. Location is what you should expect for the price. They are serious about checkout time 1130. So be paid up for next day or be out on time or be ready to eat your 50 deposit. Play by there rules you'll get your deposit back.

Original room I booked was dirty, smelled like cigarettes and was missing the hotel phone. Front desk upgraded me when I informed her. Main office is closed after 6 pm so you have to use a small window. Makes you feel like the area and motel are not safe for travelers.
