Very nice stay except for kids running down the halls late at nite and slamming doors parents need a little more control of their kids the breakfast was changed up every day that was nice the maids were very attentive the added touch of the air freshener as the door opened was nice too good idea overall was pleasant except for the kids (not your fault)

The hotel itself isnt bad. The only down is at breakfast the staff dont clean/whip the tables outside. I asked them to damp a paper towel so i can whip my table and chairs. The floor was dirty too, i don't think they sweep there.

I didn’t feel safe as I told Best western & Expedia as a solo traveler who had an evening function to go to. Only take 113 if it’s a short visit. The trash cans are outside the window and the cleaning closet or something is next to it. It was so loud in the morning I couldn’t sleep. The bed was awful. I opened the door in the morning to put the privacy sign up & smelled breakfast. It didn’t smell so great. I’ve stayed at Best Westerns

Nice hot breakfast, eggs, bacon or sausage every day, waffles, etc. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and staff was very friendly. The hot tub was awesome and it's walking distance to the ocean - walk two blocks to Surfrider St - this street crosses the railroad tracks and goes straight down to the ocean another 3-4 blocks. You may prefer to drive if bringing a lot of stuff to the beach. Really enjoyed walking over to the ocean, shops, pier and the strand. Hotel was better than we expected.

At check-in, the front staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and easy. Our room was clean and nice. The rooms are a little small though I could hear people banging around above me in the early morning and you could hear everything going on in the hallway. The free breakfast got a little crazy around 9:30. I would recommend getting there early. Check out was simple and again the staff at the desk were very friendly.
