Good place. Check in was great as Gabriel was very helpful. Good location with many things in the area. Breakfast not included which was a bummer and hot tub closed 2 days of stay.

Front desk staff was super knowledgeable and curteous! Made sure every detail was to our liking! The actual facilities and room were very clean and had an enjoyable modern aesthetic. The layout of the hotel was a little confusing to access the parking lot outside of the front entrance. And the views at any level leave something to be desired. But we loved our stay! We didnt choose this hotel for the views. Absolutely recommend 5/5 for the amenities, staff professionalism, clealiness, and vibe!

Cleaning Staff did not make up room. They didn't even leave us with fresh towels, or coffee for the next morning. This is unacceptable. We do not have to call and complain. We eventually complained, but it was taken as "we should know better attitude".

Always great service. Suzie and Lucas had great customer service. During Christmas they were low staff on housekeeping and gave us a letter to let us know they were just doing light cleaning. Always clean and nice staff that work there.
