The room was nicely clean, the staff were all very kind and friendly. The bed was ok, but slightly uncomfortable. The breakfasts were excellent! Healthy food choices. Special berries every day. The furniture in our room was quite frayed, with the edge of several chairs having many strings hanging from the upholstery. The bathtub/shower did not have even 1 rail to hold on while in the shower. Not good for seniors. I appreciated the nice suite to use for our 5 day stay while visiting family in Oceanside.

Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is in a nice area, walking distance from the Frontwave Arena. Rooms were clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. It was nice having a kitchen and dining area as well. The breakfast that was included was good. Definitely coming back to this hotel when attending future events at this venue.

The pool area was great as was the lobby sitting area. The variety of products in the hotel store was very satisfactory and unexpected. All of the staff that we encountered from front desk, housekeeping and engineering were helpful and friendly!!

Breakfast was ok. My 2-bedroom was ok except for slow drainage in the sink, dirty microwave, no bedding for the pull out bed, for 3 tvs there were 2 remotes. For the price I paid gave me a reason to choose differently next time I choose to seek out a hotel to accommodate a family function due to the cold reception and inability to clarify services the hotel charges for without being referred to Expedia, which I did not book my stay through.

Everything was ok except the sofa. As a sofa the cushions sunk into the frame when you sat down. As a sofa bed it was awful. As soon as it was open you could see how thin and sagging the mattress was. It was nearly impossible to sleep in. The desk clerk admitted they were due to be replaced but quality sleep is important before a busy family vacation day.

This hotel has bed bugs. Don't stay here, and especially not in room 321. I went to bed with no bites on my body, woke up took off my pajamas and covered literally in bed bug bites. PAINFUL, AND VERY ITCHY. I DON'T THINK I WILL WANT TO EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. NO THANK YOU.
