The unit has a private fenced in back yard with a BBQ , patio with a picnic table, and a park bench. The front offers a private courtyard with two benches. The Plax house is a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen is very modern with everything you might need to cook. House is well cared for and easy to locate. Short drive to beach and in nice weather walking distance to shops and restaurants

Great place for anyone. Kid friendly dog friendly and plenty of space!

We brought our two kids to ocean shores for the weekend. Rented this perfect little spot. Nice fenced back area and big open kitchen was great. We enjoyed the town and beach. Even watched skydivers above us from the backyard. Fun weekend! We’ll be back!

Comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10 of us, tho counting the rooms and beds we were wondering how everyone was going to find a spot to sleep. Perfect weekend at the Ocean.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family and dogs. The house was extremely clean and well organized. Everything that we needed was supplied. We loved having a fenced area for our dogs to relax after a day playing at the beach. The beach was a quick drive. The house it located close to almost everything. We actually walked to all the stores, ice cream shop and arcade! We would 10000% stay here again!!! drive away
