The staff were great, the public areas were quite nice, and there was plenty of storage space in the room. However, the hot water in the shower didn't last 10 minutes. The only group of usable plug-ins were on the opposite wall from the bed. And there were no lights by the seating area, making that part of the room useless. After dark. The bathroom itself looked like it was due for an update, especially the doors under the sink and the area around the tub. But it was a basic room, and I got what I paid for.use

Clean room, lots of amenities in the property, pet friendly. One thing I would recommend is changing the mattress. There is an indention in the center which made it a bit hard to sleep.

The staff were all nice. Room on 3rd floor was clean and comfortable, kitchenette was great, the view was nice but dune trees are almost too tall, bathroom was small but everything was there. I enjoyed staying there mostly because it was quiet compared to my apartment. lol And I look forward to going back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Bed was not super comfortable, but the price was unbelievably good. Tub/shower was tricky. Lack of tub mat nearly resulted in a slip and fall accident. Min fridge was great. Overall, it was quiet and relaxing for a bargain price. Just what we needed!

Dog friendly rooms but our bathroom door couldn't close, the hot water ran out rapidly, the table and chairs in the room, while in theme, were not conducive to actually staying in the room during bad weather. Staff was smoking outside the front door, you need to put your towels outside the door if you want new ones I asked for a bag to put them in and was told "just put them on the floor" (gross), pool was FREEZING cold, kids running up and down the hallway I let staff know and was told "useless I see them I can't do anything and I don't have time to go look right now" restaurant closed for the season and I have a voucher, out of large towels had to use hand towels to dry off from the shower, out of fire logs and did not get one stayed 3 nights, the view and location was very nice.
