Some of the friendliest staff ever! Room was super cute & in a great location. The bed was so comfy. Favorite part is listening to waves on the balcony. Only con a out the place is you hear everything. But it’s quiet during quiet hour, so it wasn’t a big deal.
The staff is strange always lurking around corners at us. Very eager too always enter the room . Snoopy, characters not relaxing-- Maybe, they should focus on the maitaince of the building and rooms.
This is our fourth time staying here. It is such a clean place and dog friendly. We have stayed on every floor and enjoyed getting a view on the third floor this time.
We enjoy the Canterbury because they are so well located and are dog friendly. They are also so clean and well maintained and there is no indication that other dogs have stayed in the units. This has become our "go to" place in Ocean Shores.
We enjoyed everything about Canterbury inn. We have stayed there before in a studio and the one bedroom was so spacious and enjoyable. Will definitely be back.
Second floor unit had no view whatsoever, we were surprised at that. Room was small but very well kept. Nice unit

The facility appeared well kept. It was a dog friendly room and we brought our chocolate lab. The room did not have any bad odors, was not damaged, and again, appeared well kept. It was the lower floor with plenty of room to take the dog outside as needed and to play. They provide a dog towel, blanket, another blanket in case the dog likes to get on the furniture. They really are thoughtful about keeping the dog friendly rooms in good shape with the additional supplies items. It will definitely be the place we go back to the next time we go to the ocean.
We were needing a pet friendly hotel. This was perfect! We had easy access to the outdoor area and the beach. The condominium was well maintained and very clean. The people were very friendly and helpful. They obviously love dogs!
It has been nicely updated. It was very clean. The bed was so comfy. I had no troubles sleeping like I normally do in an unfamiliar place. Next time I will be bringing my dog. Great area to share with your furry loved one.

Perhaps you might want to explain that the reason you are bitter is because you didn't check out on time and we charged you for checking out almost an hour late. I am sure had we not charged you, we would not have received a negative review. Hotels have check out times for a reason and you caused 3 people to stand around and wait for you to check out as your room was the last room to be cleaned for the day.

Unfortunately the trails are on city land and due to environmental reasons we cannot maintain them. We really wish the city would read comments like this. We appreciate your understanding and hope you would visit again.
