Stayed just overnight and left our room in same way as we found it . We left no garbage . I put a sheet over my bed so my dogs hair did not get on there bedding. They just needed to make beds and sweep floor as i cleaned the top of furniture. We could have used air conditioner if it had any pretty warm night hard to sleep. I would recommend the $75.00 fee be refundable if no damage done. And yes i always pick up after him.

The front-of-house staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. The hotel location and view provided by our 4th floor room was lovely. Both sinks and bath/shower were slow to drain, so much so that water accumulated just below lower ankle when showering. I know not what caused both bathroom sinks to drain ever-so slowly but it did not meet expectation. Staff lovely, cleanliness not so much.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff was friendly and helped when questions asked. The hotel it self is run down and shows its age. Elevators didn't work in one section of hotel, Automatic doors didn't open properly. Doors to outside hard to open and didn't feel secure being on the ground floor. TV or remote didn't work for us and wouldn't change channels. Would be nice to have an outdoor are to wash off sand so we don't bring it back into the room as much. I really enjoyed the family suite as far as having seperate room for kids to sleep. Hotel just needs a good make over.

Great location. Rooms had electric fireplace but does not throw out any heat. There was no light to see in the living room to play games. Gary at the front desk was great. However, the hotel rooms and common areas were dirty. The floors/carpet were very dirty. Carpet needed to be cleaned and every other area needed to be vacuumed-badly! In our room there was crumbs/a dirty sock and candy wrappers on the floor by the bed from previous guests.
