Good, convenient location, the breakfast was satisfactory but the room was ill-maintained. The room ac/heater unit was noisy, the safe was locked, and the sink was loose (the faucet use was pulling up the sink from the slab). The beds were small, too; definitely not queen size. If the room issues had not existed, I would have given 4.5/5.

This is a Day's Inn not a Ritz-Carlton. My expectations were not high. This set a new low. The rooms were trashed (and we had two rooms). Broken chairs, broken lights, runny toilets, holes in blankets and sheets, peeling paint, you name it. The pool was dirty and over chlorinated to compensate. The staff was nearly non-existent and did nothing except acknowledge that it needed a remodel.

We had the room right by the laundry room. Therefore, it was loud. But we didn't mind it at all because we stayed there in a busy weekend.

This hotel is just like the other hotels in ocean shores. They all need some fixing up but that’s easier said than done.

The hotel left much to be desired. They had broken air conditioner’s at the bottom of the stairs. No window screens on the windows. The door handles only worked if you pulled up on them. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid.

Staff lied over phone before we left home that we were being put into ground floor room. Two disabled senior citizens trying to haul suitcases up stairway to 2nd floor! Pool had large patches of green algae and black mold on its bottom. Jacuzzi was broken, only little pressure of water through 2 jets. "Breakfast" was very dry waffles with too much baking soda ruining the taste. Seemed to be no one in charge. Town was not prepared. Resorts were Boarded up / closed, Cafes in town closed and not serving or only serving take out. We saw only about 5 0r 6 masks during our whole 5 day stay there. An epidemic waiting to happen!

Certain staff were friendly, others, not so much. The room was adequate for the two days we stayed there. Our biggest complaint was the other guests. Very loud all night long, and just pigs! Left trash and cigarette butts all over the place. I felt sorry for the young man at the front desk who had to clean up after them. Would stay there again if the price is right. Convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. When checking in there was a large group of people smoking about 10 feet away from the office. The manager Who was one of the people smoking right next to the door asked if I was checking in early. (It was 2 minutes before check in was to begin). To which I replied no just waiting for check in, he was very rude and said he’d be there soon and made a snide comment about early birds. 30 minutes after checking in I made the decision not to stay. The hotel room itself was in bad shape. The walls were dirty/warped and either had mold or blood. (Not sure which) in the bathroom along the warped door frame. The parking lot and under the stairs had dirty diapers strewn about. (The house keeping staff were actively cleaning a room near the stairs but made no effort to pick them up). While I was unpacking my car a child was puking outside the office/pool entrance. I understand this happens I have kids as well. However, all the manager did was hose off the puke and let the kid get directly back in the pool. Considering we’re currently going through a global pandemic this was alarming. I expressed my concerns with the hotel manager and he made no attempt to help the situation in fact got loud and aggressive. There was no way I was staying there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else stay unless they’re in dire straights or are ok with horrible service.

Reasonably priced, close to the ocean, fairly well kept.

rusted out sink in the room, 2 tvs one in front of the other, too cheap to remove the bad one.... come on yall... the one that worked had poor volume and a very low resolution, so all channels were letterboxed. pretty mickey mouse. and wireless was pretty worthless. breakfast started at 7 not 6 so we had to miss, place just felt pretty tired and like it was more a profit machine than a decent place to get some rest.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to the Irish Pub!!!

The facility itself is most definitely dated. But the staff was awesome. And we always walk to the bar, and it’s right next to it so for us the location is awesome.

When we cancel and request a refund, we should get jt.

The heater was so full of dust and dirt it tore mine and my son’s allergies up bad. The bath tub had mold on it

The manager Who was one of the people smoking right next to the door asked if I was checking in early. (It was 2 minutes before check in was to begin). I assure you we don't any mold or blood. Our housekeepers have up to 25 years experience. Also all the rooms have been done with hardwood floors. Also the top floor has custom carpeting. As well as many new editions to the room.
