I have stayed there a few times and every time it is amazing! The people working there are great, friendly and professional and the place is beautiful plus the bed is comfortable.lol I am an insomniac and a comfortable bed is super important to me. It's like a little apartment it has everything that you would need and it is in a great location. I will be staying there again probably soon! I highly recommend it!

Nice location. The room was very cute, the fireplace was cozy. Took our dog with us; they had a whole set-up for him. Dog blanket, food and water dish and fog towels.

What a wonderful property. plenty of parking, from the minute I walked in felt welcomed.The lady at the front desk,(Tracy)what a wonderful employee, she was very informative about the property, she was telling me about the history of the building and all the wonderful upgrades they have been doing. The hot tub was wonderful.They have lots of movies and books to borrow if you want to just settle in and relax. The condo was excellent and had everything that I needed. Plenty of food options within walking distance, fresh made doughnuts right across the street!!!

The room was very clean, no complaints. I did notice that the bathroom door doesn't completely shut, and the bathroom sink is slow to drain. These aren't major things, of course, just something for the owner to check on.

We love the Grey Gull! Room 204 is perfect for 2 people, comfy recliners too just lean back and listen to the waves hit the shore. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and informative. We stayed with our 2 dogs and it was very nice for the pets, being on the ground floor with easy access for them go potty out the sliding glass door or front door. Quiet and close to shopping was a plus.

A weekend getaway for my birthday! So happy we chose the Grey Gull. Very friendly staff, easy check in, beautiful cozy room with a fireplace and gorgeous view of the sunset. The luggage cart in the lobby was a lifesaver with my husband and I both recovering from injuries and unable to carry things. We could easily take all our belongings to our room without having to carry them upstairs. Had an amazing stay and our dog was comfy and happy as well.
