Brand new hot tub and fenced in yard!!!!!!!!  The Kwan Tip Beach House is located 4 miles south of the downtown area of Ocean Shores. This beautiful brand new home is tastefully decorated and offers  2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with queen sized beds. There is a pull out sofa in the living room as well. 
The garage has been turned into a game room . So when the weather isnt perfect you still have family friendly stuff to do. 

Dogs are okay with an additional fee. 
No Smoking 
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.
