July vacay

Loved the location of the property and being on the first floor. We could hear the live music next door at ashore. Great view of the beach / ocean And we Could use stairs, even tho elevators were quick ( 3 total ). Room was nice and roomy , plentiful kitchen w all necessities

Oceanfront Condo -Marigot

Overall we had a good stay. The condo wasn’t as updated as I had expected, but it was still comfortable. We were on the first floor and had a perfect view!

Loved it

The view was great and easy access to the beach. It’s on the first floor but still a great view from the porch. 15 minute drive to boardwalk. The bed was comfortable, the comforter was not the cleanest so I wished I had my blankets. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay but was not cleaned!

Had a wonder room and view to the ocean but the cleanliness of the room was horrible, hair everywhere on bed and no sheet or pillow cases were on the bed.

Came in after check-in and room wasn't cleaned or ready. The condo didn't have any toilet paper, and I requested some from the cleaning crew, who never provided any during the duration of our stay. Batteries in the remote didn't work so physically had to get up to adjust the TV. Overall, just a poor experience, between the service and cleanliness. Won't be staying here again...

I booked a room with a king bed, pool, and hot tub for a romantic getaway. They contacted me that they had to switch my rooms but it had all the same amenities. When we arrived, our king bed was 2 full sized beds plus the pool and hot tub were out of commission despite asking the week earlier. No on-site management. Plus, we ran out of toilet paper, and no dish soap or trash bags when we are expected to wash dishes and take out our own trash. I reached out multiple times to the number for their service desk, but they stopped responding after the first day. Parking is a mess (the numbers are not in sequential order, faded beyond recognition, and it's infuriating trying to find your spot the first time)

Just missing it

My husband and I stayed at this condo looking to relax away from our children. The Condo is in a great location...on the beach. However, the 1st floor setting means that you hear & smell everything/everyone as they stand under your balcony. The landing below is the smoking area. The only bedroom is at the back of the condo facing the parking lot/street. See that window in the picture? It's on the walkway. If the blinds are open, people can see in. Unless you like strangers looking into the bedroom, you'll want to keep that blind closed. Because it is facing the street...it is LOUD! Every motorcycle that goes by (and we were there at the end of bike week:( ) means that the whole room shook. See the bigger door by the window? That's the A/C system. When it turns on, you may as well be in a small airplane sitting on the engine...LOUD! Even with the door closed, you can hear it in the living room. Which is where we had to sleep in order to get any rest. Paid for a King Bed got a Pull Out couch. The TV's are NOT smart TV's. Unless you have DVD (not blue-ray) or VHS's on hand, you are stuck watching the available programs. There is Wifi (it's public). There are extra pillows in the closet...No pillow covers for them. No hand soap either. If you think you might need it...BRING IT. Keureg coffee maker only. Place is nicely updated with a great size kitchen for cooking. The balcony views are amazing. The place is super clean. Would have liked to have known a bit more before booking.
