Located on the Ocean Front corner of the Sea Watch building enjoy beautiful sunrise's over the Atlantic ocean every morning while listening to the relaxing sounds of the beach from your balcony. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with a bonus den room and the unit sleeps up to 8 people. The unit has 4 T.V.s,( 3 cable ,1 Smart no cable) basic cable and free WIFI. The building offers 3 pools, basketball court, arcade, movie theater and so much more! (This is a smoke free building! The building does not allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the premises. Anyone caught smoking anywhere is a violation of this lodging agreement and the agreement will be terminated, and you will be evicted. ) The Sea Watch condominium charges a non-refundable $50.00 registration fee due upon arrival for parking and building amenities (cash only). Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

sea watch

i love the location. the condo was clean but the comforters were not washed. The beds were made, but the comforters on all 3 beds were not clean.The pullout bed mattress in the den has large stains.the kitchen did have pots and 2 small pans but the nonstick coating was scratched off. the kitchen definitely needs new pots and pans. I am interested in booking here again if the comforter issue and kitchen will be restocked.

Love this place

This place was great for all of us. The unit was fully stocked with everything you may need. The only issue we had was the shower in the main bedroom didn’t look very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The resort was great and the room was perfect.

Wonderful

This place was modern, clean and a very nice place to stay. The ONLY thing I could even think would make the experience more enjoyable is to consider having a a keyless entry system for guests. It was a bit out of the way to go from 115th street to 34th street just to pick up and drop off the keys.

Location was wonderful. Condo was somewhat disappointing. Things were broken and it wasn’t that clean. We wrote notes in our return package. Won’t stay there again. Owners need to upgrade.
